POWERTEC Drop Leaf Table Supports – Set of 2, Silver Metal Table Bracket Support, Strong & Stable Drop Leaf Support, Holds 50lbs Each - Premium Steel, Burr Free Profile & Zinc Coated Finish - 71426

I use these supports for drop leaf sofa/entry tables. They work great and are easy to install. Just a warning - the table has to be AT LEAST 16" wide or these supports will be too long.

These work great. Held the leaf sturdy. I used 2. If not enough room underneath, just install the sleeve without the arm. Then slide in the arm in after the leaf is up. There's a little nub that holds the arm into the sleeve. Just file it down to remove the arm.

These work surprisingly well. When I first unboxed them I thought they were junk because there was so much slop/play in the pull-out arms. It turns out that is by design, as the throat is angled upwards, and at full extension the arms sag down a little - and the two cancel each other out!!! I used them for a laundry room folding countertop - I couldn't have the countertop 30" deep because that would not leave enough room to stand in front of washer, so drop leaf to the rescue.

Held table leaf flat and tight

I had purchased an electric lift massage table that was too short for any of my taller clients. After making an extension, I needed to have a way to attach it to the table, and be able to fold it out of the way so I can work on shorter clients more comfortably. I used some cabinet hinges that would go to 180 degrees. But, I needed something that would float on the bottom of the table (not on the legs, since they go up and down) and this was perfect! They will hold up to 100 pounds together, slide out of the way, and allow it to fold out of place.

Easy install. Easy to use. Might be overkill because they support so much weight. I'm guessing you'd need half a moose to cause them to give out.

Replaced the originals on a drop leaf table that broke shortly after purchase. These are of better quality and heavier duty.

I use these to support a fold-out table and they work it great. My only complaint is that they are hard to slide in or out.

Better than I thought it would be

Solid. Easy to fit. Shame the finger hooks (to assist pulling-out) are a bit big. Can catch on knees under a table. Essentially does the job well though.

I used these for drop leaf table in my boat. Strong and do the job

Very good easy to fit and does the job very well J T S

Work well for my caravan table extension ,would recommend
