Not a satisfactory return policy!
My lutherie suggested that using this item may cause mold in my instrument.I do not like the return policy from this company and will never do business with them as a result!

this came apart into my cello right before a concert. This product is garbage.

Broke 1st time out of the bag
Bought this for my son's cello as he has one for his violin and his cello teacher recommended he get one for his cello. Bought this and 1st time using, the black part broke off and now the green part is stuck inside his cello. Can't even return it, because it is stuck inside the cello. Absolutely useless product. Do not buy. I can't even get a refund from Amazon as they want me to return it. I can't return it. It's stuck inside the cello!

Questo umidificatore per violoncello è molto buono nonostante il prezzo sia decisamente elevato ma ne vale la pena con questo strumento Infatti si può decisamente salvare il proprio violoncello da qualche crepa indesiderata causata dalla troppa secchezza
