This is a good latch
Finish, build quality, and spinning latch component all seem very good. Screws are decent, and black matte finish looks great.Would buy again

Perfect for what I wanted
I like everything about this gate latch. I put it on my front yard fence I built that is only 3 1/2 feet tall to keep the dogs in. I looks great, very easy to install, strong enough to keep two 75 pounds dog secured, and the mail carrier loves the ease of using it.

Works adequately!
This latch works for my purposes. It would have been nice to be able to lock it.

Nice looking & solid.
The Latch is nice looking, very solid and easy to install. I used this on a double gate that I made for my front porch. I would definitely purchase one again.

Latch broke off after a couple months.
This latch looked great and was easy to install, but it was only on our shed door for a couple months before it just broke off. We don't open that door much at all, so it's frustrating that it didn't last long at all. I wouldn't recommend.
