I was disappointed, as when the pies arrived, there were no ice packs in the box to keep the pies at least cool, the pies had already started to defrost, I have ordered from other companies and they still arrived frozen

Arrived still frozen which is good - but the overall quality of the cake, custard and chocolate are poor.

Way better than most chain stores bakery.
