Individually wrapped.
I prefer to buy individually wrapped tea bags because these go in an employee break room. These boxes give you 28 tea bags whereas most others give you only 20. The cranberry orange was my favorite.

tea boxes damaged
I like this tea, but I needed it for a guest house and the individual boxes were sent in a plastic bag. The boxes were damaged and they look terrible. I can't use most of them for their intended purpose. Also, this item is not refundable, so I'm stuck. Will NOT be ordering again.

Bigelow teas are the best!
I have loved Bigelow teas for years. Their flavors are wonderful and bold. I love hot tea in cold weather, and these teas are such a warm, comforting treat.

Good assortment if you're looking for tea with no caffeine. Got it for the office and everyone seems to like it. A good amount of tea for the price as well and they're all individually wrapped.
