I used for my tent as a ground cover
Yep, LOUD as heck when it is new. lol but i saw on Youtube, a guy who put it in his washing machine to make it soft. really??? yep, true... and guess what? it totally works! no tears, no worries (which i was).. and just out of curiosity, i ran it through my machine twice in a row, and it is so soft, and so easy to store. one of the best purchases (for camping) i have made this year.

Bought for tent footprint
I bought this to make DIY footprints for a couple of tents.I prewashed this, hung to dry then cut to size.It worked great for hike in/hike out backpacking.

Tent footprint substitute
My first Tyvek ground cloth. Decided to get this instead of the genuine footprint for my REI tent (a little cheaper, but mainly I wanted to try Tyvek). Didn't need to trim in my case and self adhesive grommets weren't too bad to attach. Just used once so far, but seems to provide good protection. Only warning is that it does make a lot of crinkling noise when you fold it up.

Camping use.
Use this to set my tent on. We had a huge down pour and the tent stayed dry.
