GREAT SERIES!
RECOMMEND TO ALL WHO ENJOY ANGEL PARANORMAL ROMANCE ESPECIALLY TEENAGERS. WRITTEN WITH ROMANTIC DESIRE BUT NO EXPLICIT SEXUAL CONTENT WHICH LETS YOU ENJOY THE STORY LINE AND CHARACTERS WITHOUT HAVING TO BE BLASTED WITH SOFT PORN EVERY FEW PAGES. I GIFTED MY ADULT DISABLED SON WHO HERETOFORE HAD NOT BEEN ABLE TO CONCENTRATE ON READING OR COMPREHENDING DUE TO 2 BRAIN TUMOR OPERATIONS AT AGES 6 AND 30. LAST YEAR HE PICKED UP HIS WIFE'S KINDLE THAT MY 13 YEAR OLD GRANDDAUGHTER HAD DOWNLOADED A FEW YA NOVELS ON AND ALL OF A SUDDEN REALIZED THAT AT 38 YRS OLD HIS BRAIN HAD CHANGED OR HEALED IN SOME WAY TO LET HIM ENJOY READING AND COMPREHENDING WITHOUT STRUGGLING SO HARD. HE LOVES THE YA BOOKS BUT SINCE HAS VENTURED FURTHER INTO MORE ADULT NOVELS BUT STILL ENJOYS SOME OF THE YA BOOKS AS WELL. I READ THIS SERIES FIRST AND KNEW HE WOULD ENJOY THE ANGEL ANGLE SO I GIFTED HIM THIS FUN READ SERIES FOR HIS 39TH BIRTHDAY TO HIS VERY OWN KINDLE FROM MY 67TH BIRTHDAY PRESENT OF KINDLE FIRE HD WIFI AND AMAZON ACCT. IT IS SO SIMPLE TO DO AND A GREAT WAY TO SURPRISE SOMEONE YOU LOVE WITHOUT SEARCHING STORES OR MALLS WHEN YOU ARE DISABLED AND MAYBE NOT FINDING ANYTHING THEY LIKE AND WEARING YOURSELF OUT. THANKS TO KEARY TAYLOR, A GREAT WRITER WITH TERRIFIC FUN READS AND OF COURSE THANKS TO AMAZON AND KINDLE FOR ENTERTAINING THIS FAMILY WITH 4 KINDLES IN THE HOME. IT SEEMS THAT THERE MAY BE SEVERAL MORE KINDLES BOUGHT IN THE NEAR FUTURE WITH ALL OF OUR KIDS BORROWING OURS. NANNY (THAT'S ME) DOESN'T LEND HERS MUCH CAUSE I AM ON MY KINDLE ALL THE TIME. <3

Good storyline, bad proof reading...
I chose to give this book 4 stars because I felt that it was a really good storyline, full of interesting characters, as well as kept my attention the whole way through. I was, however, extremely disappointed in all of the errors in the book. There were missing words at times, there were words that were turned around, and even something such as using the word our instead of are. (I can not think of the exact example of this off the top of my head, but remember thinking, wow, really???) I have noticed so many books I have read on my kindle fire over the last 10 months to a year with many errors in them. The writer may be a super writer, but when you read multiple errors like this from the same authors time and time again, it does take a little away from the book. Please I beg of you and all authors out there, hire a professional to go through the book with a fine tooth comb, then have someone you trust go through it again. I do love the book though and read them all. I will read this author again, but hoping that proof reading is much better.

GREAT
This book was a good read! I love Keary Taylor and all her books are written fantastically. They are original and unpredictable. This book was a fun and entertaining. I read it super fast and really enjoyed the plot. Alex and Jessica are the cutest couple, even though sometimes they get on my nerves. I say this because throughout the whole entire book they are fighting and argueing about what not and it gets very annoying. Also I hate to admit it but I find myself wanting Jessica to be with Cole. At the end of this book he seems a lot nicer and as if he actually likes her. He seems like he trys to be good, but considering what he is it's not working out. You ask yourself why I give this 4 stars..... This book is a 4 star rating because I liked it a lot, but at the same time it was not as good as the first book. I found myself wishing at some scenes for it to be over with. And that is not a good sign! Overall, I would recommend this for anyone, The price is good and there is really no sexuality. I can't wait for VINDICATED to come out! (BOOK 3)

hoping for a third book!
This is another good book by this author. i didnt like it quite as well as the first one but i liked the first one so much it hardly matters.***minor spoiler below***In the first book the author takes the angel theme to a whole different level with the insight we get through Jessica's nightmares. I have to admit it was the fact of her nightmares that made me want to read the book cause i can relate altho not to the same degree. The second book brings some unexpected challenges for Jessica and her world. I like that she grows as a character toward the end when Cole shakes her up. It was exactly what she needed to hear. And we as the audience needed someone to tell her those things! There are a lot of minor editing changes that should be made. most of them are simple and just need a fresh pair of eyes. The ending wasnt abrupt but I wish it wouldve given a bit more info on how she is going to solve the problem with Alex. I sure hope there is going to be a third book cause I'm really curious to see how Jessica does it!

A GREAT sequel!
I was hesitant to buy Branded, seeing as it was yet ANOTHER book in the paranormal/angel romance category..but was amazed at how good it was! The sequel, Forsaken is JUST AS GOOD. I am an extreamly picky reader. I hold all authors to the same high standards, no matter what the subject material or the cost of the book. If you endeavor to be an author you best put out the most amazing thing you can! Keary has a wonderful rythm to her writing, it is simple yet elegant. She knows her grammar, I found less grammatical issues in this than TWILIGHT! She writes descriptively, yet doesn't stray into the verbose teritory as so many paranoral authors do.The relationship she builds on between Alex & Jessica is beautiful. It feels realistic, grounded and deep. The secondary characters in this book are developed so well, and she even manages to take several characters and totally change how you think of them! All the characters develop in real and believable ways, and the plot was interesting, exciting and totally believable! I can't wait to see what unfolds in the final book!

Disappointed
I really enjoyed the first book and the concept is something different, I haven't come across this scenario before. Unfortunately, it feels like in this book she is just constantly moaning about how he won't propose! It really gets a bit annoying. Getting married is not the be all and end all. Surely they could just sleep together without being married? This is 2013 after all! It doesn't seem to be a religious reason and it is not explicitly stated that they won't have sex before marriage, but it is implied and I don't understand why, i'm afraid. As a result, she basically moans on and pressurises Alex for the whole book and her character lost a lot of the likeability. I have downloaded the third one but haven't read it yet. Hopefully she will be a bit less whiney!

Daughter and I both enjoyed these books
I bought the first in this 3 part series and was happy just to read that one - it seemed to finish quite nicely for me. My daughter (17) then read it and persuaded me to buy the following two, which we both enjoyed, her a bit more than I. The storyline and characters were interesting and well developed. This middle book was possibly the best in the series, the last one did tend to go around in circles a bit and the whole 'sharing a bed without actually getting up to anything more than sleeping' did seem bit contrived by the end.Overall, well worth the reasonable price.

Good story line, but writing style hasn't improved
After reading the first book in this series, I found I still enjoyed the story line, however, I didn't feel the writing style had improved. I didn't like the incorporation of Alex's point of view. I felt like I was constantly jumping backwards and forwards and it took me a while to get used to.I did enjoy getting more background information on Cole in this book, as in the first book, the reader didn't find out much about him.

Even better than the first
This is the second installment in this story and like the first very enjoyable. I liked this as again it was easy reading and enjoyed it better than the first as it was much more fast paced and more things happened. My criticism of it is though that I feel the ending was very abrupt and would like to see one more book to tie up lose ends with the characters. With the way it ends this is possible and feel it really would complete the first two parts of a good story.
