Very nice product and easy to use but there is no user manual.

Ok, if this was about the devices capacity, Performance and usability. This would get a 5 stars. It has plenty of capacity both in load and sockets. Its easy to setup up and the App works pretty well (its not a modern app, but neither is anything else i have seen from other providers. Its had a good from factor and i believe it also has a replaceable battery (unlike the APC UPS this is replacing). It is worth mentioning, like others that it does not come with a UK plug. It come with 2 C13 and C14 cable (kettle lead extensions) this is annoying, but i not an issue as i have a few around the house. The Big issue is the noise. This device say on its marking "silent". Now, I dont have any issue if it turns the fan on at high load, or when its discharging or maybe even when its charging. But right now its is sitting under my desk With the fans on at about 55db with about 29% load and 100% charge, this seems to happen a couple of time a day for no reason. This is Really annoying, given the word "silent" was used in the Marketing and my prior experience of UPS's that the fans only come on when they are under high load. Its a real downside of what is a good product. So if this is sitting in another room to you, then this is great. But if, like me, its sitting under your desk, then please don't believe the "silent" claim

This review is for the EXA PLUS 2000 UPS Was well packaged and came with 1 USB cable and 2 Male to Female UPS leads that I was not expecting so bonus points, no power lead however but most users will have a power lead for the PC and its a standard kettle type anyway. One review has mentioned the display was blurred but that is the protective covering which can be peeled off. As seen in the pictures, the battery access panel below the display has a wonky sticker which was raised, off centre and looked very cheap. I did manage to peel this off and re-apply to straighten it as it would bug me every time I looked at it) Initially all was well and plugged in and turned on just fine. There was a little guide with details on the units plugs and connections but no instructions at all about operation or any mention of where to go and download (That I could see). After scanning the QR code I found the web site and tried to register only to find you need to pay £86 for the full 5 years cover and thats only for the unit the £86 did get you 2 years on the battery! The web site does have English but still some un translated parts. I ran a test and found the unit is NOT silent as advertised. When on battery and after when charging, the fans kick in and are very loud, they stay running until its back to full charge. There are plenty of output plugs and the monitoring software does work but is very limited in functionality. This will be fine for a simple setup but be very aware of the noise. Another reason for my concerns and eventual return request, if there are any RMA requirements based on others feedback, you will have issues. I gave it 2 stars because, while it does work, the product description does not have all the important information, specifically noise and the warranty process. I have returned and I am purchasing from a local UK company (BPC Energy) , while more expensive there is far less worries.

Gestione intelligente del rumore: Il miglioramento rispetto ad altri UPS professionali è abissale. Le ventole, anche quando entrano in funzione (ad esempio in modalità batteria o ricarica), non raggiungono mai quei livelli di rumorosità "assordanti" tipici di altri modelli. Silenzio assoluto post-ricarica: Una volta che le batterie sono cariche, le ventole si fermano completamente. L'UPS diventa totalmente silenzioso, ideale per chi tiene il PC in camera o in ufficio e non vuole ronzii costanti sotto la scrivania. Potenza affidabile: Con 2000VA regge perfettamente PC da gaming estremi con alimentatori ATX 3.1, garantendo una protezione solida senza compromessi. Note sull'uso quotidiano: Il display è molto semplice: indica chiaramente la modalità di funzionamento, ma purtroppo non mostra i minuti residui di autonomia (stima che però puoi vedere dal software TecnoManager). Molto utile la possibilità di silenziare il segnale acustico durante il blackout, anche se purtroppo il "bip" di accensione resta attivo ed è piuttosto forte. Giudizio finale: Veramente un ottimo prodotto. Costicchia un po' ma tiene al sicuro hardware estremamente più costosi. Una scelta obbligata per chi cerca il miglior compromesso tra potenza e silenzio.

Non metto 5 stelle non per il prodotto in se, ma per il fatto che nella confezione mancava il cavo d'alimentazione dello stesso, anche se ne è specificata il corredo.

Après test lors d'orage l'onduleur ne sert à pas grand chose. 4 coupures de courant, 4 fois l'ordinateur à redémarrer direct. (Il y à deux rangées de prises, j'ai bien sur testé les deux côtés au cas ou durant sa conception il y aurait eu un raté dans les branchements ou l'étiquetage... Mais cela n'a rien changé). Ma tour consomme en moyenne une 100e de Watts couplé à deux écrans (24 et 27 pouces). Je pense que l'onduleur est largement au dessus en terme de performance. De fait je me pose la question si cet appareil est bien un onduleur... Le genre qui conserve l'énergie des appareils connecté dessus durant la durant octroyé par sa batterie... ? Sur l'étiquette la réponse est oui... Dans la pratique...
