The best
I bought this because I have a double one that I've used for 7-8 years. They both still work great and look good. They're easy to take off when needed and easy to refill. Be careful not to drop the tops though, they crack easily.

Fantastic shower dispenser
I bought this to replace another product: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000FGCW0K The above product was compact but there were trade-offs with the annoying refill process, which was a pain if one of the dispensed products ran out before the others, and the fact it's entirely plastic. The plastic build was its downfall, as the main container began to crack, and then the threaded part for the pump snapped off when trying to clean out the old product. The simplehuman triple wall mount shower pump feels far more substantial and quality. I also appreciate the fact that I could individually remove and refill a pump with product. Refilling a pump is very straightforward and so is cleaning them out. Each squeeze of the pump dispenses a very usable amount of product and you can modulate it to lessen the amount. I also like the ability to hang my shaving razor on the side of a pump. The length of the warranty (5 years) and the ability to get replacement parts on the simplehuman website is also a big plus. I do see other people complaining about the mount's adhesive failing and I've not encountered that, even on a tiled wall, as I made sure to clean the surface and waited at least 24 hours for the VHB adhesive to cure to 90% strength. I do recommend reviewing the VHB curing chart, as it is temperature dependent. The adhesive IS very strong (3M VHB) and it is removable, but not reusable, as I did end up buying a 2nd wall mount after changing my mind on the initial mounting location (respect its depth if you have a smaller shower stall like me). You can use some Goo Gone or WD40 to weaken the adhesive, then separate it by inserting something like a grout spatula into it and working it off the wall (I used a plastic grout spatula with a hammer); I think some people have done something similar with fishing line. Afterward, you should be able to clean up the remaining adhesive with a razor scraper.

Awesome shower pump, just attach it to the wall using a carbide drill bit and 3 screws.
This is the second Simplehuman Triple Shower Pump I've purchased/installed in a bathroom. The product itself is great, the pull motion to dispense is solid and reliable. It's stylish as a mofo. However, the only words of wisdom I can depart are to drill the 3 holes into your shower wall to attach it securely. I read multiple reviews recommending the use of industrial exterior waterproof velcro, and while it worked for them, it definitely did not work for me. Disclaimer: I'm a huge fan of double-sided tape, rail tape, and velcro in general, but in a shower setting where there is extreme moisture, heat, and a few pounds of constant downforce after the 3 containers are fully filled, it's only a matter of time before the stickiness from the tape fails and the whole thing comes crashing down. It's always a 5-star review until it isn't. In my case, I secured the velcro forcefully to the backplate using all my muscles, pressed firmly, and let it adhere to the subway tile for over an hour before I filled up all containers and attached them to the backplate. However, the velcro managed to detach slowly from the tile in less than 24 hours after I finished filling up each of the 3 containers. Luckily, I caught it before the unit completed detached from the wall and shattered into a million pieces on the shower floor. After screaming M**therf*cker!! I removed the velcro from the backplate, marked the same location on the shower wall, and drilled 3 holes (use a carbide drill bit for tile). It's not a fun process but 3 screws will never eventually fail like an adhesive. In summary, the shower pump is awesome but there is a tiny bit of lateral give to each individual container after it's secured (which isn't a dealbreaker). I am considering buying this again for another bathroom, but I'll cut the bs and just drill into the wall from the get-go. Peace.

Nice pump but fell off the wall 2 months on; poor customer support
PROS: Very attractive Installs easily Pump works well CONS: Fell off the wall 2 months after installation Customer support was poor (see below) SimpleHuman did not stand behind this product Replacement part plus shipping increased the cost of this item by 30% (not acceptable) OVERVIEW: I purchased this product in 9/2025 and installed it per manufacturer instructions; just shy of 2 months later it fell off the wall. The pump itself is well made and was a pleasure to use, but it's not much good if it doesn't stay affixed to the wall. It took 10 days for customer support to get back to me to figure out how to solve the problem. Two issues: 1) it was an AI customer support bot that answered the email; 2) the cost of the replacement installation plate + shipping was ridiculously high. I am now waiting for a replacement wall plate from SimpleHuman so I can reinstall it. On the basis of lack of support for their product and cost of purchasing a replacement part that should never have failed, I will not be purchasing from SimpleHuman again. FULL REVIEW: The simplehuman Wall Mount Pump comes with the pump itself and a wall mount. The wall mount has a silicone adhesive. You basically clean off your non-porous surface (in my case, bathroom tile), make sure the surface is dry, and stick the plate on the wall. I waited 24 hours before hooking the pump into place. It connected easily and was solidly attached to the wall. Soap or shampoo can be placed in the pump by simply removing the top of the plastic hold tank. It holds 15 ounces of liquid. The valve easily opened and closed to remove the liquid. The pump itself is solidly made and all the parts function well and function smoothly. It is designed well. However, 2 months after the install, I heard a crash from the upstairs bathroom. The wall plate failed and the pump had fallen to the bottom of the shower. Given that it was solidly made, the pump survived the fall completely intact. The problem: how to reinstall it. CUSTOMER SUPPORT ISSUES: I went to the simplehuman website and contacted customer support via email asking for a new adhesive strip so I could reinstall the plate. 6 days later, no answer. I re-emailed customer support and got a message back 2 days later: "Thanks for reaching out. The adhesive strips for the Single Wall Mount Shower Pump are not sold separately. They are pre-attached to the wall plate, so if the adhesive is no longer effective, you would need to order a new wall plate for your dispenser. You can find the replacement wall plate, which includes fresh adhesive backing, at this link." "For installation, the included 3M double-sided adhesive works best on smooth, flat, non-porous surfaces like bathroom tile. Make sure the area is clean and dry before applying. Prolonged steam may weaken the adhesive over time. If you want to reinforce the adhesion, consider applying a small amount of 100% silicone sealant along the top edge, or use hardware screws suitable for your wall if additional security is needed (screws are not included)." "If you need further assistance, feel free to let me know." "Warm Regards simplehuman AI Customer Support MAJOR PROBLEMS HERE: 1) if this is AI support, why did it take a reminder email and 8 days to answer ? Normally, 2-3 business days. With an AI agent it could potentially be instantaneous. In any event, this is a 'real' company, not a no-name generic manufacturer. I expected real back up here. 2) the link took me to the simplehuman site: the part cost seven dollars plus tax--seemingly reasonable--but the shipping added another nine. And there was no other shipping option available. All in all we're talking seventeen dollars to get this thing up and running again. The cost of getting the new panel is about 34% of the previous cost of this item. Not cool. 3) simplehuman is a higher end brand. When you buy form them you are supposed to receive a quality product (hopefully) but you DO pay for that. This kind of price gouging isn't a good look for this company. I expected more from them. 4) There is something eerily ironic that a company named 'simplehuman' uses AI instead of actual customer support people. Neither simple nor human. Discuss. CONCLUSION: To make a long story short, I opted to purchase a new panel for reinstallation, in spite of the price. I will reinstall it, again, per manufacturer's instructions. If it falls off again, I'll be contacting the BBB. The pump itself gets 5 stars, the installation, so far, gets 1 star, and customer support would get 1/2 star, if that was something I could do. As I have little use for a wall pump that will not stay on the wall, I can't give this more than a single star. This is exceedingly rare for me. I can't remember the last time I reviewed an Amazon product and gave it 1 star. I always try to give a product a fair shake, but it's hard to find value in a wall pump that won't stay on the wall. I will updated this review after reinstalling it. Sadly, not recommended and given my experience I would not purchase products from simplehuman again.

If You’re Going To Do It, Do It Right
Let’s get one thing out of the way right off the top: No shower dispenser should be mounted without drilling into the tile. It’s asking for a problem. You might be able to make due with tons of kitchen and bath silicone reinforcing it, but you won’t catch me doing it. Been there, done that. So, that means you’ll need a level and a specialty tile bit and if it were me I’d use contractor grade anchors not the cheapo giveaways in the box. I almost never use the included hardware, because no matter how expensive or nice an item is it always seems to come up short. So, know that off the bat. Sorry all you diy homeowners who think that you should be able to do everything with 3M adhesive tape- not happening here. If it works, it won’t work indefinitely. So that begs the question: for which pump are you going to bore a hole in your nice new expensive tile for? (You wish the mounting holes lined up so you could interchange, but that would be too easy right?) Your options are the various $30-ish plastic knock offs, the middle of the road solution for me was the Drizzle or the Simply Human which seems to be at the top of the totem pole despite its shortcomings (the others have all the same shortcomings and more- I know, I bought a handful and looked them over!). The plastic knock-off looks ok in a photo but once you get it in person the plastic is obvious, build quality pretty shoddy, it smudges very easily and just looks tacky and overall doesn’t seem worth the hassle. The Drizzle is a nice option, and isn’t bad for the cost at around $30 less than the simply human at the time of writing. However, the pumping mechanism isn’t in the same league and doesn’t hold as much . I have less faith in the metal to withstand rust and I’m banking on the writing and black plastic finish area to start looking crummy pretty quickly. I’m doubtful the simply human will rust quickly unless you clean it with rough detergents or scouring pads. The pump mechanisms, containers, etc are all the best of the bunch. The different in price becomes obvious once you have a few in your hands. So, if you want a top notch shower dispenser- buy this. Is it perfect? No. Don’t have an aneurysm if it doesn’t last 30 years- that was never in the cards to begin with. If you’re ok with getting a replacement eventually, reading the directions and priming it properly, securing it well to the tile with anchors- well, I haven’t seen any better options than the Simply Human. Is it worth it? Only you can answer that question. For me, I’m not permanently drilling something into my tile unless I’m satisfied it’s the best I can reasonably find.

Premium Price, Mediocre Product (review updated! Replaced and improved!)
Update! I was initially told the part for replacement was not in stock and would be months away from replacement. I expressed my frustrations, and even went through amazon support directly, but was eventually met with a great surprise. Instead of replacing the individually faulty dispenser, the company sent me an entirely new set of three dispensers, AND when the part came in stock they sent me the replacement part as well. This quick and thoughtful customer help (from Amazon and SimpleHuman) made the product worth it in every metric. I am more than happy to say I have this product now installed in my own home, as well as a client's! They are also thrilled with it! I will leave my original review below, and would like to preface it with the fact I was frustrated and had felt blown off by support, initially. First and foremost, the product failed. One of the three soap dispensers leaks via the handle (not even the dispenser nozzle) and all but emptied a rather expensive soap all over the floor. I will be willing to forgive this, provided the part is replaced/refunded within a reasonable time, but there are a few more questionable aspects of the design that are outright wrong. One of which is front and center on the dispenser. The Divider between the soap container and the metal body has a seam that should be hidden around back. Instead, it is front and center, right above the logo, making it look like a crack. There is a resounding lack of consistency in the stability between dispensers/the mounting brackets, leading to one of the dispensers easily being able to be shifted back and forth/looking slanted if you dont take a painstaking amount of time aligning it and hoping it does not get shifted/bumped while in use. Beyond all this, the quality of the parts is disappointing. The pump handles feel cheap and flimsy, the adhesive is not very convincing, and the components revolving around the allen screws are easily stripped/ poorly made to cover them once installed. This is a 100$ soap dispenser. These issues should not exist. I should not have just lost 20$ of soap on my floor day 1. I will be reaching out over getting a replacement, which can hopefully be done without having to empty out the two working dispensers and wasting even more soap, then I will be updating this review accordingly.

Clean, Organized Shower Upgrade That Always Looks Good
These wall mounted pumps are such a practical upgrade for keeping the shower organized and clutter free. The stainless steel design looks sleek and modern, and it instantly makes the space feel more put together. It is also very convenient to have shampoo and soap easily accessible without dealing with bottles everywhere. The pumps dispense smoothly and consistently, which makes daily use simple and mess free. They are easy to refill and hold a good amount so you are not constantly topping them off. I have ordered these multiple times because they are reliable, durable, and make the bathroom feel more streamlined and organized.

Luxurious and keeps shower organized
Beautiful piece, wish it came in a matte black that many other simple human items have the option to. I followed the instructions to the t with the hope that there is no problem with the 3M attachment. Appreciated that the alcohol wipes were included. Did not drill, has only been few days and hope it holds up in the shower. Each container has a minimalist, writing for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but not super noticeable and can turn around the cap if not using for such. Overall looks great, will update if any issues with the 3M attachment method.

Great quality but too weak adhesive on very shiny tiles
Great product, well built and nice finish/ Also delivers perfect quantity of product. Only drawback is that the 3M tape at the back is not strong enough leading my 3 x Dispenser to crash miserably 6h after loading it with soap (had waited c. 18 hours to load it after sticking it to the wall). Resorted to glue it with much stronger glue in a cartridge and holding nicely now
