rcvd a lot earlier than expected for a gift which was great. gave it to my parents who love coffee and so far they love the product and the basket it came in.. great for arts/crafts

The selection of coffee and amount included was what I had expected and great. The packaging was not. The basket case is very poor quality. They used colored paper packaging strips on the inside top to decorate but under that thin layer they used regular shredded paper. When I took the case out of the box it was sent in, a ton of white cheap paper dust fell all over my lap. I was upset because it might happen again when my mom unwraps it on christmas. The product is good but the presentation is lacking and not worth the higher price

Two coffee drinkers in the family agree that these samplers were very disappointing. They smell great out of the bag, but, no matter how much coffee we put into the automatic drip coffee maker or pour-into-cup filter, the results were watery and, virtually, the same taste. At first, I tried the recommended, one, rounded, measured, tablespoon, per six ounces of water (no instructions; I had to look online for the suggested measure), but, that was so watery, I had to run it through twice (no help). I then upped it to 1-1/2 tablespoons, then 2, and, as much as 3 tablespoons on one sampler. None were any better (darker, but no more flavorful). Perhaps, it's the medium grind that's the culprit; maybe a finer grind would have done better. I made sure to have a chart handy, where we noted our preferences on a scale of 1 to 3, with one being average, store/diner bought, flavor, and 3 being top-notch, frou-frou, cafe, taste. Most rated a 1 (and we were kind with that rating); only three samplers rated a 2; none rated a 3. We were very disappointed in this expensive, ultimately, bland, watery, coffee, sampler.

MY second year buying this chest as a gift for the office next door. It always gets rave reviews!

Loved the variety.

I got this specifically for my Mother as a Christmas present. The box is cheaply mad. it broke and I had to have my Dad glue it back together. The coffee is good.
