this is a simpkly must have book for every discerning family. With a few easy to learn tips all illnesses can be relieved . If you want to be in charge of your own body , I would recommend reading health in your hands . Heal yourself ,share your knowledge and save yourself a long wait in the drs. surgery.

A lot of the Vol 1 material is posted in this Vol 2 which was not good however saves having to refer back to the Vol 1 book for diagrams and other important information. Good delivery and fast attention from the supplier.

Like Volume 1, this Volume 2 is also full of stuff in this book is not scientifically proven. Most of the ideas are archaic and opinionated. There are no proofs that any of these practices will bring the benefit that the author is claiming. There are better books to inform you on your health. My advice is to research many self-help books written by MODERN MEDICAL before you consider buying this book.
