This is a beautiful bed set. After reading the reviews about sizing, and knowing I prefer no bed skirt; I ordered a King size for my Queen size bed. This was an excellent choice. The king size hangs over the edges really well, not to the floor but enough to look like the right size. A smaller size would not have been large enough, in fact I'm not sure it would have been large enough even with a bed skirt.I was a little surprised at the thin filling. The listing makes the comforter look so full and thick. It's really not that thick at all. This is actually good for me because I am an inferno of heat when I sleep. It comes shrink wrapped, so it takes a bit to fluff up. It also has a plastic smell from the bag or warehouse. I put the comforter in my dryer, on LOW heat with a fabric softener sheet. After 30 minutes the creases were gone, the fluff had fluffed, and the plastic smell was completely gone. Easy to do and solved some problems.I love a bed set that includes shams, it really makes things pretty when you make your bed. As much as I was happy to have a king size comforter, I was not happy to have king size shams. It's too bad I can't buy the size I need separately. So I simply am using the king size but I have them sort of folded inside so there's not extra fabric. They look just fine, not great, but fine.Overall, I'm very pleased. This is a great looking set, and it keeps me warm and comfortable at night.

This comforter looks good enough for royalty. It’s a good size and the comforting coziness of crushed velvet feels amazing! You can use this in the summer as it is light weight enough but also warm enough for winter. It covers the bed well as I have a memory foam topper.

Re did my oldest sons room in a Ravenclaw Harry Potter Theme and was looking for a semi mature bed set to match his Theme and this blue velvet comforter set is so perfect!! It's the perfect Ravenclaw blue and super soft! It's held up with washing and still looks new. Came with a little throw pillow and the shams also. Definitely a great price and super quality! Highly recommend!

I have purchased a second set now. These are beautiful additions to your bedroom decor, that do hold up in the washer/dryer. With that said, there is room for improvement. The duvet closure uses buttons. I personally prefer zip closures, as the buttons continually come undone, allowing the duvet insert to stick out a lot. The ties inside the duvet cover could also be higher quality. One popped off, but I just secure my insert with a safety pin, no problem. My biggest beef with this set is the pillow shams, though. The flange on the shams are very limp. They do not hold their shape, as they are not stuffed with anything. This kind of defeats the purpose of this type of pillow sham. Overall, I am happy enough with the crushed velvet to have purchased this item again, but I have had to apply some work arounds to make it function better. Still a recommended item, in my opinion.

This bedding is great! I have washed and dried this with no issues. The comforter is not too thin but honestly just right. Very beautiful styled with the pillows (it comes with two cases and an extra for decor. For the price and value this was definitely worth it.

Loved this bought it for my daughter . The quality was great! Extremely soft and warm came in wrinkle free true to size and functionality was exactly as described 🫶🏼

The material is awful and cheap feeling. We washed it to soften it up in a very large washing machine with no agitator and the comforter fell apart on the first wash. I do not recommend this at all. Save your money and buy something else.
