These are great for plantar fasciitis! When I first had a problem, I went to a podiatrist and they made something similar with a silicone insert for my arch. It kind of feels like you're walking on a rock, but this is what your foot needs to stretch the fascia. I'm glad I don't have to go to the doctor!

I had foot surgery about 2 years ago and the woman took the liberty of removing bones and tendons...certainly not what we discussed.I have probably spent $1,000 on foot things to help relieve the constant pain.Most of the things are from this company, Vive, as was the knee scoooter I bought.These are great. Tight, but not too tight. And the pad options are terrific.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND to everyone....take care of your feet! Wear these kinds things. Around the house, in sneakers, etc. You do NOT want to go through foot surgery. It ruined my life.

I have very flat feet and was hoping these would help. The sleeves alone are comfortable (but not functional) and the gel arch inserts are not! It feels like large pepples in your shoes. They need to cover more surface in the arch area. I don’t know how to explain this but the design is uncomfortable. So I don’t use them. I have other brand gel arch support but they don’t fit in the pockets designed to work with the sleeves.

I purchased these due to pain on the dorsal side of my foot due to high arches. I liked these as I could wear them in shoes or barefoot. These supports are very comfortable and my foot feels supported. The pain has minimized while wearing the supports; however, when I stop wearing them, even for a day, the pain returns. Overall I would rate these high.

I was a little skeptical, but it actually works well. Only needed it for my left foot, and it comes in a pair as well as three different size inserts. It is a VERY snug fit, and I wear a size six shoe, so make sure you get the right size. Overall, it's a good product.

They work well, but like another user states above, even though the package was sealed up, there are only 4 insets instead of six. Two large and one each of the other. I have one foot that’s misbehaving at the moment so I can make do. It’s not work the effort to return them.

I wore this sleeve with the medium size gel arch support and after 1 day my plantar fasciitis pain was almost gone. I was able to continue on my 4 mile walks. It's thin enough to wear under socks and not feel tight wearing sneakers.

I am extremely happy with these arch compression sleeves. I am an avid runner and wear heels everyday for work. Well with over doing it running in old shoes and constant wearing of heels I ended up with plantar fasciitis. I got these to wear around the house when I'm not in my tennis shoes and even wear then with some of my dress shoes (heels and flat). I have high arches so they have been crucial in giving my feet the support they need.
