I had a little when I make a gallon of green tea… Definitely does the trick… Don’t put more than a couple of tablespoons at the most for a gallon!

A Very Nice and Helpful Tea
This is a very nice tea. Definitely helps to "evacuate" the system in a nonexplosive way. I've enjoyed senna tea for years and it is a very good addition to include in a diet that can use a little extra help, from time to time. I would definitely advise increasing water intake and starting off with a tsp (or less) of leaves if you are not familiar with how this tea works with your system.

Will be great if said from where come from
Should said from where is made it. Do not have any info. I believe comes from India . Things from India is not very sanitize . Also I found it hair inside the bag
