Some Men TRULY ain't sh*t!!
NAS has left me completely speechless as to how trifling some men really can be, yet at the same time exposing the depths that some selfish men would go, to be 'that man' that commands/demands respect from his peers without rightfully earning it. The type of man that is so selfish that he does not care who he temporarily or permanently hurts in the process.Jalessa, Aaliyah and Tabitha could easily be faceless characters that morph into the faces of countless women that have been exposed to these types of men. Through each word, you'll feel as if you're taking a trip down memory lane of your own previous or current situation with ain't sh*t men, if you've ever had one or experienced this.NAS was so expertly written that you can't help but to experience every gut wrenching emotion that is projected from the words on each page. Jessica Watkins takes you to a place that a good number of women have been. A place that we've all buried because we don't want to relive the feelings/emotions of dealing with an ain't sh*t man. I would definitely recommend this book to the next reader....not only as an awesome urban fiction read, but as a psuedo study guide of what type of man to NOT fall for. Great job Jessica!!

WHOA!
NAS was so evil. He deserve everything that happened to him. I just don't understand how he just thought he can get away with all the crap he was doing. LIKE REALLY!! All these chicks was just stupid. Not one had an ounce of sense! this RIDE or DIE stuff is for the birds!! It aint noway in the world I'm taking the wrap for no one. He had a whole chick in your house and you still don't get it. He also watched you get in trouble. Aaliyah got played!!. this book was so good and I'm ready for part 2 like Now!!!

Characters are Interesting
This book was phenomenal. I started reading it at work and could not put it down. The characters are relatable and seem to draw you into their world. It would have receivw five stars but some of the story lines left me yearning for some closure. This is a good read from front to back.

Brace yourselves for this one🔥
So Nas was the devil in pure flesh.. and it’s sad to say their are men out there that act just like this manipulative, dirty, lowdown sob(smh). Tabitha wasted all those years knowing Nas didn’t love her, but still trying her best to change him for the sake of having a family. Aaliyah was Nas side chick, but played the part of the main chick, before finding out she was just one of many on the “something to do list” Jaleesa and Moses would be so great together if Nas would have just stepped out the way and stopped with all the lies about imaginary record deals. Moses actually wanted to do right by Jaleesa and take care of his responsibilities. In the end, things get deep, and emotions run high, but I never expected this outcome……

Nas was a character that you hated with every fiber of your being
This book held my attention, but lacked development. Nas was a character that you hated with every fiber of your being, but unfortunately there are men out there who are really this grimy. It is also unfortunate that the women in their lives know this about their men and still stay even to their own detriment. It's sad that it took all that it did for Aaliyah and Tabitha to know that Nas was no good for them. Any man that would try to have their baby mama killed and especially put their children in harm's way ain't worth the dirt he walks on. Jaleesa is an unbelievable character, while I know there are women who have taken charges for their men, I just can't see one who is about to receive her nursing degree doing so.Some of the story line was unbelievable, but overall it was an interesting read.

You did it again Jessica...
I loved this story. I read her "secrets of a side bitch" series and thought that was ruthless, but NAS it was downright rachet. Jessica sucked me in and left me wanting more. I kinda felt like there should've been more explaination in the end. I wanted more, I guess more detail about how the charachters moved on. What consequences if any some suffered. I do however have an imagination so I was able to come up with that. I guess I wanted more because it was so good and so well written I just didnt want it to end. I love her writing.

Definitely Jessica!
The book was a page turner as all her books are. Once you open it, you won't wan to close it. No spoilers here. Just read it. I know her books are normally series but, this one could be, but doesn't has to be. It ended okay. Left you want in more, but not left hanging.
