I'm not new to eBay as a casual seller, but I am new to thinking about how to use eBay for my small retail business now that Coronavirus has made face to face sales more difficult. This book is an invaluable resource for learning how to make a true eBay store, written by someone who walks the talk. The most daunting aspect of starting a store for me was just how to begin. The step by step process he lays out really simplified things. I also really appreciated the detailed advice on giving great customer service. This book is not only a good resource for doing business on eBay, but offers plenty of useful advice on operating an online store in general. So glad I found this book!

This "how to" guide is an easy read, well organized, with several success stories that inspire anyone interested in starting up an eBay business. The author is an expert and knows how to utilize various aspects of eBay to make a successful business look easy. Better yet, he informs the reader with various tips, from experience, but adds the realistic challenges balanced by the benefits of success stories that he shares with the reader.

Good book for starting

This book acts as a descriptive manual for eBay itself. I found it very insightful when it came to building a successful business on eBay. Despite how much I dislike reading manuals or textbooks this book does not put me to sleep. It keeps the reader engaged with interesting stories to go along with the topics covered. I found that my eBay business improved significantly after reading this book and when I took the advice within it. I would highly recommend this book to anyone interested in starting an eBay store or interested in selling their items online. I found that accessing it as an eBook made it easier to maneuver around and it was quicker to find specific topics. Overall, it was an enjoyable read and helped me kick start my business on eBay.
