I haven't seen any reviews for this necklace/pendant and I'm very picky. I purchased the Avalokitesvara pendant, because that's the bodhisattva I'm most drawn to. I have them in brass and pewter and silver, but no gold. I found this gold (and sterling silver, as indicated by the tag on the chain) one and have been wearing it for a month with no issues. I wear it all the time, I clueing in the shower, and it's held up great. The meaning is very important to me, so I'm glad it has held up. Even if it tarnishes in the future, I'll be glad I still have it because it's well made and can be pushed, if the need arises.

This Akasagarbha Buddha pendant is so beautiful with the engraving in the back is great as well. It's more for the ladies because the pendant is quite small and the chain is quite thin. I couldn't give it to my sister because I already had the engraving in the back. Bummer! Other than that, I have no complaints. I put it in my wallet for good luck :)
