Wish I could give this a 4 1/2. This patch does work. My back pain ceased after a week of severe pain. The one disadvantage is the package states one must used them all within a short period of time. Since you can cut them to "fit" the pain area you may not need to use them all, hence a waste.

Can't live without them! Eventually, they itch, but that's when you take them off. Put a couple along whatever area is strained or tired -- shoulders to back to hip for deadlifts.

Not as good as previous patches bought
This time the sticker of the patches wasn't good enough like previous patched bought here.the older ones last at least 4 days even if they have contact with water.the recently bought patches didnt pass the water proof. they tear down easily.
