I actually prefer this one rather than the chocolate. For some reason, the chocolate one tastes a bit too sweet for me, but it's probably the same amount of sweetness lol. I usually snack on the bar after a moderate workout, but if I'm playing competitive volleyball for more than 2 hours then ill eat the whole bar and it keeps me full and energized. I loved the mix of nutritional factors, and liked the taste and texture. Then I started eating the flavors that featured a white "chocolate" coating, namely the frosted coconut, and frosted peanut butter.. Then I got upper GI tract gas so bad that I wondered if I was having cardiac issues because of the recurring, nightly chest pain. After months of experimenting and changing features of my diet, I traced it to these white frosted flavor bars.Then I cut back to eating half a bar instead of a full one. About half my gas problem stopped. Then I stopped eating those flavor of bars altogether. About 80-90% of the problem stopped. I will not eat another one of those flavors. My theory why: excessive alcohol sugars they contain. Barring that, there's something in the white frosted ones that conflict with my GI. Surely I cannot be the only person thus affected.
