I love these pillows. Got them within the delivery time specified. Came in a one-pillow box rolled up and bagged. I pulled them out and put them in the dryer for about 10 mins and they came out nice and puffed up. Didn’t notice a smell,which is normal for a feather pillow. Doesn’t feel thin as noted in some of the other comments. It’s not a firm pillow, but has plenty of support. Got them for my spare room but loved them so much, gonna have to order another set!

This pillow is incredibly soft, an excellent pillow. I love the density of the pillow it fluff up perfectly and cradle your head. I feel I get a more restful sleep and do not wake with a stiff neck or headache. I really like that it is really comfortable I was very impressed with everything about it and I would highly recommend giving this amazing pillow a try.

I have purchased memory foam, Too hard and SUPER expensive. I hated it! it was lumpy and uncomfortable. This shopping made me very happy because this is the best pillow I've ever had in my bed. The pillow itself is nice quality, the fabric and general feel have a high end feel to it. The cushioning is perfect. It's got great support, easily manipulated if I feel the need, I recommend trying this.

This is a perfect pillow for anyone who loves the squish of down, with full support. I am a side sleeper and can mold the pillow around my neck and shoulder-I LOVE it. The price is very affordable, with the reliable Serta name.

I love this pillow! It's just so comfortable. I used to have one that is flatter and does not have a lot of cushions. This one feels totally different and I just fall in love with it right the way. It's a must-buy for everyone!
