I put double-sided sticky tape on this product and cut it to fit the windows on my camper.Excellent for window coverings if you need to stop the heat from sunlight coming in, such as on campers.With direct sunlight beaming into a large window, this product blocked 99% of the sun's light. I can see a faint purplish glow if I looked real hard. Due to the middle layer being a type of foam insulation, it practically eliminated the heat coming in from the sunlight and the outside weather. It was also very easy to cut with scissors.This product is worth the money I spent. Prior to use, the camper internal temperature was around 85 with the A/C on in Alabama, now it easily keeps at a constant 68 degrees.

I decided to test the fire resistance by cutting a small piece off and holding a lighter up to it. It melted almost instantly. If this is A1 fire resistant then the rating system needs to be changed. I will not be using this product near any significant heat sources. Once again, it melted almost instantly from a small lighter flame. It’s just thin plastic with a very thin tinny veneer.

Needed to replace some torn and worn insulation on a duct in the garage. I used this material and it was easy to work with over insulation that had fiberglass core. Used foil tape to seal seams. Looks great.

I wish it had been adhesive backed but some sprayed on glue fixed that. It worked good to replace a worn out heat shield on my furnace.

Nice and thin but will keep out drafts. Easy to install with a staple gun and trim to fit
