Great sound for the price!
Surprised at how good this sounds for the price. Bluetooth connects great, have had no issues with it. Gets very loud but still clear. Bass is not intense but it is there and you can feel it. Perfect for our patio when we have a cookout or just hanging out.

Not bad. But its some weak ass 600 watts
So far so good but, 600 watts? I don't think so. More like 300 watts if even. But, the speaker seems sturdy and heavy duty. Bass? Meh well, not the bass I was expecting, though, I wasn't expecting Bose or JBL bass but still, it could've had more bottom end to the bass. I assume I would need to pair it up with another speaker. Actually I bought this one for vocals and to hear my Bluetooth a bit louder for a party. Haven't tested it yet in a live scenario but I am sure it will be fine. I bought the warrantee for it though

Donโt Judge a Previously Owned Book, By Itโs Cover!
This one came in the clutch! So happy to have found this awesome product (and used, in great condition) for such a great price! Had an originally opted to purchase a new speaker but they didnโt have anymore. I looked EVERYwhere and then I rememberedโฆโฆ. They do have previously owned and verified products on Amazon. So we took a chance and Iโm so happy I did! We needed this for an event and it was Awesome!

Worked Until LOUD Popping and Screeching - now too sensitive and unusable
I got this and plugged it in - tested it with my new microphone headset and was initially happy. I was playing music from my laptop and noticed some sound quality issues with the music, so I assumed it was a problem with the cable I was using. I started playing music trying other cables (always turning off the speaker for disconnect/reconnect processes). All of a sudden, the thing starts popping and screaming SUPER LOUD (I wasn't touching or moving the cable or any settings at the time), so I power off and disconnect. I go back to the cable with poor sound quality that didn't do THAT to me and start with the volume as low as possible on my computer and on the speaker. At this point I can still hear sound coming from the speaker - even though everything is completely turned as low as possible on both sides. I bought a new cable and connected it to my phone - same issue. I've read some of the reviews that Rockville is awful to work with, so I think I'll just write this one off and try something else. Maybe something with a handle I can pick it up with.

Rockville rocks
Rock..solid, with the elusive (old school) USB AND visual readout. Prefer over Bluetooth unpredictable connection of newer models. Have the 8 which is plenty for my minor sound reinforcement needs and enough mic ins and outs to make this a solid compact utility speaker.

What I expected for the price
Would I buy it again? Yea, but with reservation. I knew what I was going to get. It is serviceable and does what it is supposed to do. I am using it as an outdoor speaker system in a covered pavilion. For parties and an outdoor theater it is fine (NEEDS a subwoofer for theater). You can get OK sound (mids and highs) if you play with the eq. The bass is non existent below 80hz and weak at 100hz. With a decent sub it gets surprisingly good sound. 100w RMS might be a stretch, but they get loud. It is loud enough to be heard down the block so that is fine. Pairing is easy and the TWS works fine. I was expecting some hiss or noise but these were amazingly quiet even using both blue-tooth and TWS. My biggest gripe is that the blue-tooth has a range of about 5'. They are mounted at an 9' height so I have to have my device directly underneath. I've tried different devices, phones, tablets, etc. but none are any better than the other. Another downer is that it doesn't remember your last setting. So every time you turn it on you have to switch modes. This is a pain as when mounted you can't see the screen or push the buttons. You can use the remote but that has limited range and you can't see the screen to see what mode you are in. I try to count button pushes but the remote is so weak you can't tell if the speaker responded. All in all it does the job, sound once dialed in is good/OK by itself if you don't need much bass. With a sub it is actually good. Would I buy again??? Yea, for the price it is a good deal.
