Great product! 4/5 stars based on user habits.
My hair grew pretty quickly when I was using these. Unfortunately I did not get to take before and after pictures, but I will be buying another bottle and will be sure to do so then. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that it did give me headaches a few times, but this could have been on days that I did not drink as much water as I usually do. As with most supplements that will help your skin and nails, it's very important to drink lots of water. This doesn't reflect poorly on the product, but it does affect my overall opinion of it since I am the one using it and there are many days that my schedule can become so busy that I lose track of my water intake. If you are all good in that area you should be headache free and will most likely feel like this is a 5 star product.

My hair is silky smooth (read in Zohan voice)
I've noticed a huge difference in my nails. I've been an avid gel nail manicure girl, and it drakes havoc on my nails. This product finally helped them to grow and they stopped breaking.
