Heavy duty rubber, but with some caveats.
The rubber block is heavy-duty, and I would recommend it with some caveats:The 1/2" holes that you put the bolts through didn't run all the way through the rubber. You'll need a 1/2 drill bit to finish drilling them. The steel expansion anchors that come with it are garbage. They won't fit in a 7/16" hole; they are clearly designed for a 1/2" hole. They are too short, only going into the substrate about 1", and they don't expand enough to have any significant grip with a 1/2" hole (you can pull them out with your hand). Toss them in the recycle and get a real expansion anchor. I used a "lead" expansion anchor and 3/8" x 4" lag bolts to secure it. There is about 2 1/4" of rubber that the bolt does through, so add this to the depth of your anchor to get the correct length bolt.I would, however, recommend the product.

Heavy duty
I purchased these to keep my 1 ton work van in the right spot. I hated to drill anchors into my epoxy floor so I used 3m adhesive double sided tape to secure them. Works great. These stops and heavy rubber. They did make the garage smell for a few days but a small price to pay. Highly recommend them.

So far so good
Placed these to stop car going too far forward in garage. I simply placed the car where I wanted it to stop and then placed the blocks in front of the wheels. I did not attach them with tape or bolts yet but have not seen in slippage. Maybe I can skip the bolting to the floor. Should know in a week or two.

You have get better bolts I went to home depot and got sturdier ones.
I didn't like the smell of the rubber very loud smell especially on a hot day. but it works great for me I use it for my drive way. people kept braking my light by parking to close to my lights in the driveway. So they keep people from parking to close see in my photos.

Nice car stopper
These work, however the enclosed concrete anchors are junk and should be replaced.

Great parking stop for a garage.
Great parking stops for a garage. You stay concrete bit to drill two holes for each stop.Only complaint I had was the mounting hardware was not all that great. I would recommend just getting your own concrete bolts for mounting.
