Worth every Penny
My parent hasn't been able to maneuver taking a bath in a long time. This chair made that all possible again! It was safe and worked great! It's easy to put together and operate. The safety feature that doesn't allow the chair to operate if a remote doesn't have a full charge is an added bonus. I highly recommend this product.

Bath lift
Bath lift made in Germany very good quality. This is my second one . First bath lift was working for 8-10 years . And price was more $2000.00 . Have been purchasing from medical supply store. All of them is crooks. They only care about themselves. And there’s no way around , because they’re like a car dealer. Thank you Amazon , making our living easier and cheaper!

wonderful product
I bought one for my mom after she had a surgery. She couldn't safely get into a tub even without the risk of slipping. This works great is sturdy and well made. A soaking bath is therapeutic and this allows it.

Don't Buy From Invacare
My box was damaged, and my unit appears used. I had an emergency so I used it anyway. It works fine, and it's sturdy, but the power supply does not indicate when it is charging. I am willing to keep the unit, but I need a fully working power supply. I have called Invacare customer service for two weeks, and they are never open, nor do they list their hours.I was going to buy their Reliant Hoyer Lift for $1800 but not anymore. I am done with this company.

Cover snap in rear of seat rubbed pressure sore
The chair is very good for getting a bath for my daughter, BUT the cover has a snap in the middle of the seat in back that rubbed a pressure sore on her rear. The first pressure sore ever. We have been weeks getting it to heal, and cannot contact anyone to complain. Very frustrating

Great bath lift
We bought this for my fiance who needs to transfer from her wheelchair to use the bath. It's certainly a functional lift, but we have some comments.First, when the seat is up at the level of the top of your tub, it is in the upright sitting position. If you have difficulty sitting upright, this may be an issue for you. It will only recline when it's fully lowered in your tub.Second, because it connects to the tub by suction cups, when transferring via wheelchair, the lift has a bit of wiggle. If you can sit directly on the lift and turn your legs directly into the tub, this won't affect you.Third, the seat is plastic (probably PVC) covered by a non-slip mat. The connectors attaching the mat to the chair aren't very secure, especially when they're wet. I'm concerned they could easily get lost, but they at least float.Fourth, if you ever need technical support, it's important to note Invacare doesn't actually make this chair. They apparently buy it from another manufacturer and rebrand it. If you call Invacare they stumble around with what they know, then they give you the phone number of the manufacturer. Sigh. At least they were helpful.Anyway, the options for a bath lift are pretty limited, so as far as I can say, this is a pretty good waterproof bath lift. It's a good choice if you need to be lowered into a tub. It does take up quite a lot of room, so if you have a modern tub you might want to buy one of those covers to block your tub's emergency drain, so you can get a few more inches of water in your tub.

No customer support
I bought the chair on December 2, 2022 and the hand control is already not working. It stopped charging. The chair is slow up and down, but workable. Called the company for assistance with charging the controller, and they direct you to a website which directs you to the phone number for the company. There is no way to actually buy a part or put in a request for help. Past the 30-day Amazon help window. Too expensive for zero support. Don't recommend.
