Has anyone used both oil and balm? Do they work the same or do you find one easier to use than the other?

I've used both, balm and oil. I purchase the larger balm which lasts for several years. The oil come in a small bottle so if used daily doesn't last as long. I like the fragrance as well as if effect on stuffed up noses, tension headaches, minor muscular tension. Also the oil doesn't need to carrier oil to use. Do make sure not to apply near sensitive tissue (such as area the eyes or inside the nasal opening. Outside or under the nose might cause irritation if used excessively.
