I think these would work fine for a front license plate application and would probably withstand wet weather and car washes. That said, I'm pretty sure they were designed for inside use **Q: will this tape stick to the car dash? And does it leave any residue when we take it off the dash?** A: Using this Taptic to secure ez-pass on windshield, but has many other uses.
