As the headline states, this book is precisely what I've been looking for. Although the Internet has a great deal of information to offer, it can be difficult to find what you're looking for, so when in doubt I look for a book instead. This book about the Furry fandom is well written, informative and interesting. The author used multiple reputable sources for all of the topics in the book including members of the fandom and research fellowships too. You couldn't ask for a better introduction to the fandom. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is either curious about the fandom, or to fandom members who wish to hear from their favorite artists, YouTubers, authors, and more from the fandom.

This is an amazing book!!! I absolutely love it!!! There is so much good information in it. It certainly helped me understand a lot of things about the fandom that I never really understood completely or even things that I never even ever thought about. I want to say congrats, good job, and thanks to all the people who worked hard to put this book together. You all are truly inspirational. I would absolutely recommend this book to anyone who is even remotely interested or curious about the furry fandom. Trust me when I say that you will not regret buying and reading this book.

After reading this book i became woke. The government is corrupt open your eyes sheeple. We gotta fight the power. Also this book was pretty lit #420blazeit. So yeah it was a good read. I enjoyed the essays. I wish I'd read this in '17 when I realized I'd been a furry since the late 70s and not known that furry was a thing for all those years.

I got this to joke around and use it as a bible sort of towards my friends. It was going to be so funny, but reading this changed my perspective of the mis-judged sub-culture.

Very informative read. Great for those in, interested, or new to the fandom.

The best part is the cover art.. Which is noted by whom and where, in the book. I skipped some chapters due to over referencing. Almost like a Charlie brown teacher,, blah blah blah.. Of all only 2 chapters were of interest to me, but briefly. Save the money, or get a used one, like mine.

Libro interessante, adatto a chi non conosce il fandom o ne ha sempre sentito parlare negativamente o per stereotipi. Facilmente leggibile e semplice nel complesso, scritto a più mani tra alcuni maggiori esponenti del fandom fanno e ricercatori che stanno studiando questo nuovo fenomeno.

Finde das Buch sehr interessant, da es verschiedenste Sichtweisen auf die Furry-Fandom aufzeigt. Ein oder zwei Texte waren mir zu theoretisch und zahlenlastig, aber da es sich um wissenschaftliche Auswertungen handelt kann ich das nicht als Minuspunkt zählen. Alles in Allem interessante Lektüre !
