Fixed My Foot PainโNow I Put These in EVERY Pair of Shoes ๐ Rating: โญโญโญโญโญ (5/5)
Quick answers: Do they help with overpronation? Yes Can they be trimmed? Yes Are they good for standing long hours? Yes Do they have a money-back guarantee? Yes Are they made for running? Yes I originally bought these during a bout of plantar fasciitis, alongside physical therapyโand together, that combination worked. But hereโs the real reason Iโm writing this review: I never stopped using them. Now I put these in every pair of shoes I own. I even buy a half size up when needed just to fit them comfortably. Iโve purchased multiple pairs so I donโt have to keep swapping them between shoes. Why I keep buying them: Noticeably improves comfort in any shoe Great support for long days on your feet Helps with alignment/overpronation Easy to trim for a custom fit Unexpected bonus: I wash them in the washing machine regularly (air dry), and theyโve held up incredibly wellโno breakdown, no loss of support. At this point, I truly believe theyโre helping keep my plantar fasciitis from coming back. Iโve tried a lot of other brands, and these are the ones I keep coming back to. Bottom line: If you deal with foot pain or just want more support, these are a no-brainer. Iโm officially a lifelong fanโwill keep buying again and again.

The best inserts
Iโve been buying these inserts for years now. Every single shoe I have has a pair in it. The inserts helped me get rid of my plantar fasciitis. I will not go without these. I prefer this one with the more rigid rubberized plastic bottoms over the cork bottoms. It lasts a lot longer than the cork that tends to degrade and fall apart a lot quicker. I can wear one insert beyond a year if I wanted to but I get new ones when I get new shoes. Itโs awesome in my daily work shoes which are steel toes. You can imagine how uncomfortable those would be without this insert. Itโs very cushiony but at the same time very sturdy and supportive. These are the thickest soles they make and I would t want to try or buy other brands or styles. I hope these inserts never go away. Iโd say you should try it.

Shop around and get the subscription!
These are not worth $55 if you want my honest opinion. However...if you can get them on sale for $29.99 I say go for it. I ended up getting on the subscription plan every 3 months because I work at a factory and I'm on my feet from 10-12 hours a day. I go through insoles like nobody's business. So $28.49 is a pretty good deal for me not to have foot pain. I got the Protalus M-100 Elite at $64.99 and I wasn't too pleased over the few days I had them. They felt good at first but then the squeak squeak squeak every time I walked got annoying really quick. Plus the balls of my feet hurt so bad after wearing them. I ended up getting these in a size 12 for my size 11D boots. The size 11 SOLE insoles were too short. I don't mind cutting to get a perfect fit so that's what I did. I placed them in my boots and then threw my boots into the over at 170 which the door cracked. I was able to get a good mold and they feel amazing. My left foot is still adjusting, that's the foot I had the most issues with, but the right foot feels great. No pain whatsoever. Highly recommend.

Try these insoles NOW.
These are very good quality insoles that provide great support with heal and metatarsal padding. Iโve worn insoles in all of my shoes for over 40 years, these are now in all of my shoes. Iโm very active and these insoles are perfect for playing Pickleball and walking. I even put them in dress shoes when Iโm forced to wear them. Best of all is that they are durable and comfortable at a great price.

The Best generic insoles on the market
The only retail insole worth buying. They work good when I can't get custom orthotics made. nothing else on the market in the past 10 years even comes close.

Best insoles I've ever tried
I have tried a variety of insoles from different manufacturers but this one came highly recommended by a US veteran. After some investigation I decided to make the purchase. My original pair which I still own and use daily for work was purchased in 2019. I work as an engineering assistant and the job has me running back and forth from one end of the plant to the other. I average about 4 miles daily just walking around the plant and these insoles leave my feet feeling fine after each work day (no more aches at the end of the work day). I used my old ones up until this purchase but they have not been completely retired, they have just moved from my work shoes to my ruck boots and I use those boots whenever I'm not at work so they will still see plenty of use. I hope this company doesn't compromise their quality ever. I would gladly pay a kings ransom for insoles that let you keep walking at the end of the day over cheap ones that will force you to stop and rest your feet.

INSERT DOES NOT FIT FOOT
The sizing for for size 12 was perfect-no trimming was required. I wore them in my work boot...I expected some discomfort but supposedly the insert would mold to my arch & foot. By the end of 3-hours, the CENTER-INSIDE of my foot, not the arch, was bright red, sore to the touch and I could barely walk. My issue is that I have a low arch and reqiire some support as I walk on concrete all day (so this item SHOULD have been perfect). For me, I found this item to be EXTREMELY HARD on my NO GIVE and NO SOFTNESS except in the toe area- It was like I taped a stone to the center of my foot and walked around on it. Needless to say, I returned for a refund!! I'm now back to Dr S, Extra Support for men over 200 lbs... 5-Star comfort!

Bye bye shin splints!
These insoles are magic! I used to suffer from agonizing shin splints due to my demanding work on my feet in healthcare but since I started using these insoles my shin splints have completely disappeared. The support, cushioning, and arch support are fantastic. They provide great comfort especially with how they are able to be molded after putting in the oven/wearing them for a while. These insoles have transformed my work and I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with shin splints or spending long hours on their feet.

1 year review.
Comfortable, good boot fit for a women's Wolverine from Marks Work Warehouse. I had another set I bought last year of the Sole insoles... but I am very hard on shoes and insoles so they look like pancakes now. The new pair have way better support, especially on the heel. I've also tried the Marks Modular insoles but I like Sole heatable insoles better. I do at least 12k steps daily but they are mostly carrying heavy stuff or up and down ladders on pavement, so I need these! Photos are from 1 year of wear vs. new insole. The old ones heel is ground right down and the arch support is gone. The old one also curled up foe some reason.

Good craftsmanship
Good quality, good support and excellent pain relief for me. Nice high arch. The assembly is glued together nicely and manages well when inserted into tall boots. I accidentally said this fit properly but I'm size 8.5 and this is a 9. So I had to trim them a little. I assume if you wear size 9 they'll fit properly for you.

Initial review of Wide version - seems excellent!
I purchased my first pair of SOLE Active Thick with Metatarsal Pads insoles over 2 years ago and they are still working well! I ordered the SOLE Active Thick Wide insoles this time (though Amazon seems to want to put my review under the narrower, Met Pad version) and wanted to share my initial impressions. I have a 4E width foot and typically favour KEEN boots and shoes because of their wide toe box design. Looking at the picture of the shoes you will notice that the KEEN Casual Oxford Hiker on the right side has the widest toe box of the three, wider than the KEEN Anchorage III Chelsea boot on the left, and even more so than the Clarks Morris Easy Chelsea boot in the centre. When I compare the new Wide version to the Met Pad version from 2 years ago (see other photo), the Wide is approximately 103mm across the widest part vs. only 95mm on the Met Pad version. I placed the Wide insole into the KEEN hiker (back to picture 1 again, on the right) and it seemed to be custom-made as it fit the inside of the KEEN shoe perfectly from edge to edge and heel to toe. Wearing the shoes felt very comfortable, though I haven't had them long enough to "break them in" and have them custom mould themselves to my feet through body heat and wear. One potential concern is that this Wide version does not seem to have the metatarsal pad like the ones I previously bought. I don't know if this will affect the comfort or longevity of this product but I will update over time if I notice any significant variances between the two products. For now, I am confident that this Wide version will perform much like its narrower sibling but just, well - wider. Excellent product for people like me with 4E wide feet and plantar fasciitis. Highly recommended!
