I have two different syringe cases and I prefer this one; I like that it has a sort of notched retention system to prevent accidental discharges, but still accommodates different sizes of syringe. (Probably different amounts of insulin, too, but I use it for my basal.)Clicks closed securely, little pen-like clip to keep it in place if you're putting it in a larger bag. I think it'll help the next time I go through security; it looks like it means business.I don't know how I went so long before knowing these existed.

The cap on my husband's needles tends to pop off in his pocket, a painful experience. So, I tried this to help him out. It's a bit large, but not too bad, still fits in a pocket. However, after a week the latch broke, then the side split. I know it's not expensive, but neither is it so cheap to be disposable. I hate disposable anyway, enough trash in the world. I won't be buying this again.
