Is that normal?** A: It doesn't come with a pump...it comes with a couple of straws that you use to inflate it with; it's easy to blow up. I made an error in my first review, which I corrected later...confused this ball with another small one I already had that DID come with a small pump. The ball would also be considered having a 23 cm diameter. **Q: Can it bounce?** A: It is not intended to bounce, but used for Pilates, Yoga and physical therapy. It does have a light bounce depending on how inflated the ball is. **Q: can you put weight on it?
