The holder is made of plastic and broke within a couple of days of purchase. This is the worst part of it as I cannot use it now as any mounted device droops downwards. The stability is also not great if you are mounting an iPad Air, it would be okay for an iPhone and probably an iPad Mini I would think. Because we used the regular iPads on it, I had to add extra weight to the base with a stack of books. I wish I had the time to return this, but I got so busy and it got forgotten... so even though it broke within days, I cannot get my money back anymore. Maybe I got a lemon, but that was disappointing and I really need this stand so I will have to purchase another one.One other suggestion for the manufacturer is to have extendable poles for the height adjustment (the kind that collapses on itself) rather than separate fixed length pieces. Often the height is in between 2 and 3 sections, for example. Additionally, I have to store the poles I am not using and remember where they are.

Absolutely great at the beginning, although the base needed to be weighted down in order to hold an iPad Pro 11”. However, as other reviews note, the piece that secures the holder to the gooseneck breaks easily and if that’s broken, it can’t hold anything more weighty than an iPhone. I really wish I could get a new or reinforced holder securing piece. Might have to 3D print one, otherwise this is useless.

Great for holding the Nintendo Switch (without the joy cons attached) or for holding an iPhone 11 horizontally. I like that the height is adjustable by adding or removing bars. It would be nice if it were a little easier to insert and remove devices from the head, but it’s good enough.

With doing so many zoom meetings my neck was hurting. With this stand I can put my I pad at the correct height so no more hurting neck. Goodbye chiropractor. Don’t need you any more. Very sturdy. Great investment.

Can’t stand on carpet flooring with iPad on it just falls as it can’t bear the weight.

Very nice product, does exactly what I got if for which is holding my iPad for use with Zwift.

Stay away. The flexible arm breaks if you constantly change the tablet position.Low quality.. I am glad it broke 2 days before the return expiration date.Bye bye trash.

The base is too light, can’t support my iPad Pro, keep falling, I had to put a heavy book on the base, still using it but is disappointed
