If you are experiencing a higher level of pain, we would recommend starting at the lowest resistance, Yellow, and building from there. Start off by completing 3 sets of 15 repetitions twice a day, and then progress to the next color and reduce your repititions. Keep in mind that the exercise will be painful at first, but should subside within a week or two. **Q: If i have pain in both elbows, can I still use the flexbar?** A: A lot of people experience elbow pain in both elbows, but you can still use the Flexbar! Many people exercise the most painful side first, and then exercise the other side after some relief. Note - when you first use the flexbar exercise, it will be painful for the first week or so.
