This book is so cute! Our 7 year old can read it to his younger siblings (with some help) and they all enjoy it. The only issue is that it leaves out Mechanical Engineering as a stand alone "chapter". Still love the book though.

This book is really great for 4 year olds! My preschooler loved the bright pictures! It is one that you need to sit down with them and explain the concepts a little bit. It sparked some great conversations that I probably would've never had with them!

This one has more "concepts", like coalescence, airflow, current, which may be difficult for toddlers to comprehend. Other vocabs are quite practical.

I love the idea - introduce all these words and the engineering ideas to a tot. Surely learning engineering words must be more relevant than learning about dinosaurs when you're tiny, and reading this will be fun for an enthusiastic engineering parent or grandparent. BUT.All the words are in block capital letters and I wouldn't have bought it if I'd realised because it is hard to see the difference between words when every word is a rectangular block of capitals. If they'd used lower case letters then you'd see for example, the upper rising letter in "calorie" and the different shape the word makes from another seven-letter word, "formula". Ask any qualified infant school teacher.It's a great idea badly implemented for its target audience.
