They’ll tell you it only works for the 2020 version of The Frame TV... I even reached out to Samsung’s customer service to ask if the 2020 Frame Bezel would work on my 2019 55” tv. They said no it would not. The 2019 bezel is no where to be found on the Internet. I was skeptical they would even bring it back in stock since it’s an older model now, so I ordered this from Amazon to try for myself. It works on my 2019 tv y’all! Even the little black connectors and hole covers fit perfectly. See picture. It was very easy to snap on, and I love the elevated look of the beige frame. We debated on if the additional bezel was worth it because it isn’t cheap, but in my opinion it disguises the tv even more - which is the main reason we went with The Frame tv in the first place. Hope this helps if you’re in the same boat I was with an older model!

Very easy to install - it snapped right on. I think this product is very nice and I’m glad I bought it. The reason I gave it 4 stars on value is because I think the price point is a little high. Same for my rating on the thickness of the frame itself - for the price I was expecting a more substantial edge around the face of the TV, so I gave it 4 stars.

First let me remind you that this thing is $150 (for the 50", larger ones are even more). 1. It is cheap, thin plastic. So cheap and so thin that it would be very easy to crack or break it if you're not very careful opening/installing. 2. There are a few strong magnets affixed to the inside of each piece. The magnets are in really weird spots, so they actually make it HARDER to get the thing put together and onto the TV (obviously they used something else in all the marketing videos showing us how it "snaps right on!" 🙄). 3. Again with the poor quality, the little— also plastic— brackets that are supposed to snap the sides to one another are difficult to attach, and too much force could easily break either piece. Inexplicably, once you finally DO get them in place, they will fall right out with the slightest disturbance. 4. When you have everything assembled, not a single corner meets flush, and it's incredibly hard to get the frame to sit flush with the TV on more than 1/4 sides. I believe the thinness & the trash material make it very easy for the pieces to warp in transit (assuming they're not just leaving the factory that way). The way the thing works, if every piece is not perfectly straight, it's not gonna fit together right. So it looks like a picture frame from the Dollar Tree. In conclusion, I have secured mine at each corner with painter's tape. We'll see if over time that can train the plastic back into shape. More likely, I'll just remove the thing and figure out some sort of redneck welding technique to make it permanently a single piece.

This television is beautiful, and does not look like a television. Obviously, with the inflated price, you are buying it for the looks, but the picture is great as well. We have not had any problems with it, installation was pretty easy, and people are always surprised and impressed when they see it on the wall. If you’re looking to keep your space clean and nice looking, this is the tv to get!

I already owned a SERIF TV by Samsun and decided to buy the FRAME for my second home. The set-up was super easy and the picture is FANTASTIC. The best part is the various color frames that you can swap-out to match your decor so the TV doesn't end-up looking ugly. I haven't hung it on my wall as I have an old adobe... but I'm still trying to figure out a way to hang it up on the wall to get the full effect. Definitely recommend this TV

Got the bezel for my 32" FRAME TV, and yes the bezel is a must to have that "picture frame" look. Though its fairly thin in width it definitely adds a dimension to the overall look, making it look less like a TV and more like framed artwork. My only gripe was that the Platinum bezel is more like black / super duper dark gray, and I wanted a more silver / light gray color to match my other art. Otherwise, it still looks like a TV... So since I didn't want white or any other color, I decided to paint it myself with an "Aluminum Metallic" spray paint, it was super easy and the end result was better than I expected. I am in no way skilled at painting anything but spray painting it was a piece of cake and now it looks like it originally came in Silver and wasn't a DIY home makeover. I attached a pic which doesn't do it justice but hopefully you can see the difference. Just wanted to share this review in case anyone was planning on the Platinum color. It doesn't look like the color you see online when ordering and choosing colors, so just a heads up. Other than that, absolutely love it !!! Cheers from Orlando!

Love this TV

I got this for my mother's Samsung 'The Frame' 43-inch 4K television. It came in a long box and was extremely to set install to my mother's TV frame. It has magnets, and since there were only 4 pieces, it was very easy to tell what went to where. All 4 parts were not very thick, and therefore it was not very heavy. Which is great for people that may be on the weaker side.

Note that this apparently doesn’t fit the 2018/2019 models nor the 2021/2022 models. They seem to keep changing the shape of the Frame TV!

Thicker frame than the 55 inch frame TV sold in Australia so doesn’t fit well when wall hung. Had to use other magnet, double sided tape and tape to hang.

I like that this product was the perfect fit. Easy to apply and looks great. The only negative was it was delivered to the wrong house.
