Review: DIY Mouthwash for Gingivitis and Tonsilloliths - I read about an anti-gum-disease mouth rinse study product that is not available in this country. So I make my own with the same ingredients. I sprinkle some Amosan (less than 1/4 packet) in a little warm water in a paper cup, add a splash of CPC-containing mouthwash, a squirt of hydrogen peroxide and stir with toothbrush. Use as mouthwash, then scrape tongue well. Use the rest as a gargle for 30 seconds. Also helps prevent tonsilloliths.
