These are great non-stick pans, I only wish they would last longer. I don't get it.....I used special utensils to avoid scratching the surface to get as much life out of it as possible, but somehow, the surface 'morphs' into a surface that seems 'rough' with scratches. Needless to say, once this happens everything sticks to it.

My second purchase of this product. First time I purchased was nearly 10 years ago. I used it on a daily basis and over time the non-stick coating diminished, as with all non-stick cookware. I would say it probably should have been replaced sooner, but it lasted me probably 5 years. For the next 5 years I used some expensive cookware (not non-stick), but really wanted to return to using this pan. I'm glad I returned to cooking on this pan. It makes it so much easier for a number of the dishes I'm making. Before I ordered this pan I read all the reviews. Many reviews stated that the lid that came with it did not fit. Everything else seemed positive, and I have plenty of extra lids, so I went ahead and ordered it. The other reviewers are right - the lid does not fit. The pan is not quite round - more oblong. Noy anything csused by shipping, just not quite right. I can push hard and get it to fit, but then it would be hard to safely remove it when heated. I do have a lid that fits adequately, but the top of the pan is definitely not round. It IS non stick, easy to clean. It is a pretty light weight pan - not as sturdy as my other pans. OK for the price, but if you need a lid, don't buy this pan.

I like the products made by this company. I also left a favorable review of a skillet I purchased well over two years ago. First of all they are safe to use, they do hold up over time, and they are sturdy but lightweight. I purchased this saucepan specifically for rice and combination grain dishes that almost always stick to the bottom of a regular saucepan even at the lowest flame possible on my gas stove. The glass cover is helpful in ensuring the food is cooking at the right speed. The style of the handle is comfortable. I think these pans would be a good choice for elderly people or anyone who finds it difficult to lift heavier pans. I mostly use conventional cookware, but I do recommend this line of non-stick pans.

Like others, the lid does not fit exactly. Mine is loose, so at least I don’t have to force it apart like others. But it’s worth noting. I like the pot otherwise. I just wish the lid for more snugly.

I purchased this hoping to be able to make egg white omelets which kept sticking to my other non-stick pans. This works perfectly. The omelet slides around, flips easily. I like this so much I am going to order the larger size for general cooking.

Just tried to return and it's come up that this item is NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. Piece of garbage!!!!

Non stick quality is bad. With one washing using a sponge, lines appeared in the bottom. Returned it.

I had The 8-inch and loved it so much I had to get the 11-inch! I love them both!
