Machine arrived within 4 days. Packaging was fine. Only tool I used was a Philips to add the top shield and output funnel. Rest was 2 quick spin nobs and 2 acorn nuts. Super simple. This machine does 95+% of the work. Had a last minute rain storm and had to pull down quickly. No trim time. Hung, then popped flowers off with shades, put into machine and in under 5 min your ready to empty and repeat. People said it eats flowers... only fluffy popcorn B.S gets eatin up but who wants that any way. JTP BABY. Tops looks great out of it. Same as store bought bag appeal but at home and w.o soar hands.

This bud trimmer did an amazing job and cut down the amount of processing time from all day for 2 plants to just a few short hours for 3 plants. We found the easiest thing to do was to knub off the buds from the stems and leave the leaves. Sturdiness is not the greatest as it simply hangs on 2 little bolts. Ease of use was just shy of par as some of the buds get trapped in the center and have to be manually removed. Clean up was a breeze utilizing a pressure washer on most of the parts. The one main downfall I had with it was that there is nothing to prevent the buds from being flung out of it and having to stop roughly twice an hour to clean out the top drum. Those issues aside, with a piece of cardboard and some quick thinking I made a lid and it worked beautifully. Would definitely recommend this to those who can't hand trim all day and want the process completed a little easier.

In the past we had a couple of hiccups with some orders :( That being said.this will be the 3rd or so times ordering this machine it's works great. the reason why we give it 3 *** is we're missing the legs this time :( thankfully we had and old one and use the legs from it. My hiccup should of opened the box when it came, but I didn't need it until Sept. I did a video showing what I received. Just order 1 more got it yesterday :) this time we check to make sure all parts came.

While my unit, like others, arrived with a dent where the leg pin attaches, requiring I straighten it before I could use it.... I still give it 5 stars. I would give it 6 if I could. This saved us HOURS of time! We processed 5lbs of wet flower in an hour and 45 minutes. Normally it would take 7-8 hours by hand. I cant speak for longevity but the unit has more than paid for itself in one use.

Pure junk, first time it was used the control panel caught fire, tried to contact the distributer left several messages, got no return calls. This is a great item if you want your house burned down. It appears to be made in china and is a very poor quality. Do not buy-This was a very bad experience

This is only for wet trim and doesn't have an extra piece to dry trim. Tried it for trimming dry and it ate some of my buds up, i wouldn't recommend this one. Spend the extra money and get better quality and make sure they have everything for wet/dry trim. Other than that it wasnt bad

The product is solid there is some problem with the shipping but they corrected it product is great I use it for trimming bud 7 to 8 minutes per round and your bud is trimmed many sites have this machine and I paid through Amazon because they are my trusted go to but I found this item at Home Depot for $379 I paid 700 Canadian most sites have them for 500 my only question is why is Amazon not sourcing out the best deal after all that is what they are known for that is all have a great day
