I have been very pleased with this product, It has really made our outdoor seating area on these lovely summer evenings come alive, we have had some nice family times... BUT we've had one bulb go, so I replaced it with the spare they give you, so they are all working ok.. Now I discover I cannot get any replacement bulbs and looking at the other comments on line it looks like everybody's having the same problem!!!! Surely I wont have throw away the whole lot and purchase a different set... HELP needed please...

Items arrived, look great as per the item description.We've had 2 sets up, not linked together for 3 weeks and in that time we have already lost 6 bulbs from one string and 9 off the other. We received1 spare bulb with each which we needed in the first 2 days of putting them up.Spent a lot of time installing these to get spacings right and cables hidden etc - unimpressed at the longevity of the bulbs.

Overall very pleased with this product, sets off our pergola a treat.However one bulb failed within a few hours of use. The set came with one spare filament which I've now fitted (photo of blown one attached).I now want some more spares ready for next bulb failure but can't find them on Amazon despite using every search term I can think of.

**EDIT: bulbs were short lived but seller very kindly compensated***Really nice looking and quite well made. They are a little brighter than I anticipated and would have benefited from a dimmer option in my case. Like others have mentioned there is not enough cable between the plug and the first lamp; definitely in need of an extension cable please. Otherwise, fantastic!

Purchased these in February, I appreciate most people review products within a week of receiving an item, but I prefer to wait and see how things perform over a longer period of time.Unfortunately after 6 months of being installed one of them has stopped working, and although not the most expensive purchase ever made it is really disappointing - the effect on the whole set up is impacted and the lovely soft evening glow that had been so nice throughout the summer is now gone, which to be honest I won't bother getting another set after such a short period of use.Can't get hold of the seller to complain or get the issue resolved so it will just be a case of putting them in the bin!*Update - seller reached out after my 1 star review and offered me a refund or a new set, I have taken the new set but won’t be putting them up until the spring, time will tell if they are any better.

These lights look great however I have concerns about them being safe to be used outdoors.The product does not have a step down transformer so each LED is supplied with a 230v mains supply which I do not feel is suitable to lay around a garden fence, shed, outside wall, bushes, trees etc. The product label indicated that the item is double insulated (2 squares on the label) however only the first 40 cm's of the cable seems to be double insulated, the rest has 2 separately insulated conductive cores - none of the outdoor section is double insulated.If the cable was to be damaged in any way there is a risk of 230V electric shock that would only be prevented by the fuse in the plug or the RCD or MCB installed at your homes distribution board. I think the risk is greater given they will usually be wet in the UK climate and gardening work will bring garden tools close to the cable.I would think very carefully if these are right for you. I have 2 kids so I'm sending mine back to buy the low voltage solar alternative.Update: The company has refunded my original purchase and has gone further than I would have expected to in customer contact based on the review I have written, they insist that the 240v product does meets the UK safety requirements but that does not satisfy my concerns noted earlier - I still would not install a 240v cable around the garden. I have installed the solar alternative, these are brilliant! I have 3 strings around the garden and I have peace of mind that they use 3.5v and not 240v ac. Very happy with the look of the garden now!

We ordered x2 sets for a garden project during lockdown. They are brilliant. No issues with the lights they give a lovely warm glow and really make the garden inviting. The only problem is........ not much lead from the plug to the first bulb and there is no extension lead as of yet, we tried x 3 that are on Amazon. Contacted Oxyled who were brilliant and informed me that these lights are a new item and no extension for them.

These were exactly.what I wanted for inside an outdoor gazebo, mine is 4mtrs wide 2.5mtrs depth, I put 4 bulbs each side and 7 on the front, perfect warm glow, enough to eat out under, use a laptop or phone really lovely lights, read reviews and looked at other cheaper versions but think altho a bit expensive worth every penny, these are not glass so took a few knocks and bangs in the process of hanging but did not damage at all. I also bought spare bulbs on offer excellent.lights
