Black - SIZE UP Go to CZsalus for sizing chart
Black- SIZE UP! Go in the CzSalus website and look at their size chart. The size chart on Amazon had me in a medium. I got them on and they were awful. Did not come all the way up. Crotch 2 inches hanging. They cut my thighs so bad I had major bruising. I tried them for two days then looked on the package. The sizing for the package had me in a XL. Sent back the medium ordered the XL and they fit great. No problems. Feel good. No cutting into legs no bruising. Compression is great. My legs feel good by the end of the day. Would highly recommend - just get the right size.

Excellent lipedema compression
I have purchased multiple pairs. I should probably wear higher pressure compression but prefer the fit on these to anything I have tried. Reasonably easy to put on, comfortable, & durable. Legs feel so much better when I wear them daily. Love the flat knit. Fit is perfect. Love❤️

Great compression for Lipedema; starts tiny, but stretches out. Use the size chart.
They are great quality compression for lipedema. I ordered according to my measurements. They were recommended by Sturdy Woman on YouTube. She has videos about compression & how to put them on (a little at a time!). Use the size chart provided! Don't go by your regular clothing size. My certified lymphedema therapist told me to first go by my ankle measurement. It needs to be most compressed at the ankle & gradually have less compression as it goes up. So, I have ankles between 7-8" and ordered a small, even though my calf is a little bit larger (16") than what is recommended for the small. My thighs are 22-24" (I haven't measured today). They are tiny when you get them, but the material stretches out. You turn one leg almost inside out, put that on your foot, and kind of roll them on a little at a time. Wear gloves so as not to poke a hole in them with fingernails. I've never put a hole in them, but my nails are short. Use dish gloves to smooth them out once they're on so as not to have bunching behind the knees. After the first few times, it's easier, but it took 15 minutes to get on the first time with this smaller size. My first pair (with 27" thighs) was a size Large. Pro: The compression & the style all the way up to my natural waist above my belly button which is good. My lipedema is the entire leg & the abdomen, so I need compression all the way up. Some pantyhose compression only compresses to the thighs. Some people with POTS don't like belly compression. Pro: they are thick, very opaque & can be worn as regular leggings, but I don't wear leggings as pants. I only wear these under clothes outside of the house. So, I chose black for a more normal look & less medical. No cons, except the only colors on Amz are black & ugly beige. Go to their website to see more colors. I want to get Chocolate to be closer to my skin tone & less noticeable. The advantage of ordering on Amazon is not having to figure out what the tariff will be for shipment to the US. One way to tell this is good graduated compression is that the fact there is a sizing chart that lists measurements for calf, ankle, & hips. Non-medical compression just lists height/weight or SML; that kind might be good for exercise, but not for an actual medical diagnosis. If you need medical grade compression, don't fall for cheap stuff. If you live in Oklahoma, there are CLTs in Tulsa at St John Ascension and Saint Francis, but I believe you need a doctor's referral. There are several in OKC, but you might have to call to make sure there are actually Certified Lymphedema Therapists on staff that deal with lipedema.

Lipedema Leggings
After a recent lipedema diagnosis I began to research compression leggings, these came highly recommended by my doctor and several other ladies that belong to some FB groups. I found the size chart to be accurate. Pulling them out, they were comically small and it is a battle to get them on. They are thick and well constructed with the flat waffle weave. I'm 5ft and went with the XL which works for me. Once you get them on-(tip-wear dish or garden gloves to get grip as you tug them up) they are quite comfortable. I do need to pull them over my feet due to bunching behind the knee that hurts. I'm shorter than average, so not a huge deal. They come up to my bra line, but the butt/back is constantly riding down lower than the front which is annoying (hence 4 stars). I'm happy with them and hope they hold up. Generally, quality compression garments need to be replaced every 6 months with continuous wear in order to maintain effective.

Helps with pain relief!
I have had painful upper thighs for years. I thought I had a tight T band and my legs were painful to touch-I couldn’t sleep on my side and everyday was painful but not enough to stop me from doing things. I just learned to live with it. I purchased these as a last result before lipo to see if they work. They do! I have worn them twice. The pain in my legs at night are gone. I can rub my legs and they don’t hurt. Compression is good. Getting them on is a little tricky but they stay up and don’t creep down. I am going to buy another pair.

ITALIAN quality and excellent compression!
When I bought these, it was late at night and I was half asleep lol. I didn’t notice that seller: CzSalus was based in Italy 😂. I’m telling you that for 2 reasons: 1. Shipping will take AWHILE. The first pair I bought took a month to get to me (from Italy to USA/Customs). My second pair came a little faster, slightly over 2 weeks. 2. If you know anything about Italian fabrics, you know they are of an EXTREMELY HIGH QUALITY. Yes, absolutely incredible quality, these compression leggings have a TRUE 20-30mmHg feel once on! They’re super supportive! They also have some of the best stitching I have EVER seen and been fortunate enough to touch, let alone own in a garment! They are without a doubt, worth every single penny. These will suck you in and support your feet, legs and tummy extremely well! The fabric is very thick and doesn’t stretch very much at first. The first time I put them on, it took me probably 10 mins and was a heck of a workout 😂 (tip: the blue sellers name and size printed on the waistband in blue is being used as a tagless tag, they go in the BACK). While their max size of 3X does technically fit me according to their size chart, I do wish they offered just one more size up; on the days where my legs are extra swollen, a little extra stretch/room would be helpful. So keep the above in mind when you go to buy. Yes without a doubt buy them… but if the measurements shown for their max size of 3X are even a tiny bit smaller than your body… I recommend you either lose a couple inches first, or buy them but understand that they might not fit you right away. If your measurements are right on the line like I was, they will probably fit… but I recommend you try them on when you’re full of energy because stretching them out to get them on you will be a workout and you’ll use a ton of energy lol! Good luck 🙂.

Lipedema Post-OP
I got these to wear after my Lipedema surgery, which was 4 weeks ago. I was finally able to use them yesterday as part of the second stage of compressions and I am at a loss for words on how incredible these are! Night and day difference in my swelling and pain. They feel good on the skin, they can be a little difficult to get on but once you pull them into position it fits like a glove. It doesn’t squeeze your butt down and you could even wear them on their own without wearing anything on top -at least with the black ones you can! Edit: there’s a hole in them after wearing them for 2-ish weeks. Changed my rating. ☹️

Worth the price
I’ve been really happy with these compression leggings! I have POTS and lipedema, and these have made a noticeable difference for me. I usually wear them for a couple of hours a day, especially after cleaning houses, and they really seem to help with the heaviness, swelling, and discomfort I experience.

Highly recommended.
A gift for my sibling who has lymphedema in legs. Difficult to get into but once on, worth the effort! Very comfortable, relieved discomfort and look great. Highly recommended.

Super comfortable
The best compressions I have ever worn. They have a strong compression, yet doesn’t restrict my movement and have improved my swallon legs so much
