Easy switch for my Sq-001. Just moved the two screws holding the old tip, and the old tip came right out. Then, I just pushed the new tip in its place and tightened the screws, and it was as good as new.

It works takes time to heat up

I purchased this size tip for practicing SMD soldering, and I would say this is an ideal size for small pads. The new tip works perfectly in my Pine64 iron. I would recommend this tip for others that want to solder small parts.

I cant believe they don't have any quality control this is the 2nd tip I orderd that was defective first one didn't hold temp right went up down all over the place sent that one back got another one and it was to big to fit in iron almost 1 mm to large I am a hobby machinest so I put in lathe took 1mm off the diameter now fits good and temp stays good just can't believe the quality now days

I should have read the reviews. Bought a B2 tip, and I've only been able to get it to sit at my target temperature of 370°C for a couple of seconds before it begins to fluctuate and, eventually, get into the upper 400's. My chisel tip that I bought two years ago is still steady as ever, so it's likely not my TS-100 at fault. Don't buy this- you'll likely end up with a dead tip or even a dead iron.

The displayed temperature is constantly jumping around with 50-100 degree variations.

Came to me in opened package. The contacts side of the tip is bended. Once installed the temperature jumps around like 170-430. Crap. Don't buy it!
