so far so good 2 days
I had a slight concern b/c it said 1/12 and 1/15 on package but description said 1/12 THROUGH 1/15I have a 1/8 compressor!I have a freezer with 3 pins to compressor and a separate cap.I removed cap and plugged 3 wires to compressor and added N and + to old input wires from thermostat and my freezer is now freezing !!!!I only have a cup of water in there now, going to wait a week at least! Will add more cups of water and remove some and make sure compressor doesn't get hot and shut down again!!!!I am 99.99999999 % sure I won't have to worry!!!But i give that chance.... !!! hahah !!!!

*BEWARE*
The C and S wire are labeled wrong on relay. S is supposed to be white, and C is supposed to be black. I’m a DIY guy, so I went along with how it’s labeled and it shorted my compressor due to mislabeling on the relay. I now have to pay $100-$200 because supco can’t even label the wires right. I’m pissed to say the least. How do you mess up something so important like that? Completely ruined compressor on my mini fridge. And now I have to get a new one. Thank you supco, y’all really screwed me.

works on Embraco 70HLP
This worked like a champ on an old GE FUF17SUDRWW with an Embraco 70HLP. It had quit on me 10 years ago and now can get below 0F. Embraco pinout is "upside down" so just take the instructions and turn them so the pin outs look the same as your Embraco to get the correct wiring. I went back and forth between RC410 and RC810 before buying and chose this model based on 1/5HP of the Embraco. Maybe this review will help someone do less research than I had to do.

Easy to Install
This product was really easy to install. Directions were clear and precise. The connector are already crimp in place. However, the connectors could be a little heavier duty. One of the three bent and one other broke when I installed them on the compressor. I would recommend the product

Usually what's needed on a compressor that refuses to start
A good fix for a tired refrig compressor. As refrigerant compressors age their wear causes mechanical tolerances to widen and the current required to start higher. If the existing start relay and capacitor are as old as the compressor, it may not start. The RCO provides slightly more current so compressor should start

Brought my freezer back to life.
I installed this device on a 5 cubic ft. Haier chest freezer. The factory PTC start device burnt out and a OEM replacement was unavailable. The compressor started immediately. Always reinstall the factory terminal cover. This will prevent a house fire if the compressor should ever short out and blow the terminal block out.

Very happy.
This seller is very honest and even provided a full refund for a part that was way past the 90 days.I totally understand that parts do not last forever in any application, but the customer service for this item was fantastic.Highly recommended Seller for sure.

It works well so far.
At first i replaced the capacitor and start relay with same parts and my fridge worked some times and some other times the compressor kept buzzing, not starting. Then I replaced both capacitor and start relay with this item and so far so good. Compressor and fridge are working fine. My fridge compressor is 1/5 HP.
