Does the omron x3 fit in the x4 box as the item dimensions are too small? will the case also store the rigid x3 intelli warp cuff?

I have an Omron X4 Smart which fits in to the 2 sections of the case perfectly I.e the unit itself and the cuff. I cannot comment on the Omron X3 as I don’t have one.

Can this bp monitor be taken in hand luggage when flying? Thanks

The case comfortably fits inside a cabin size suitcase and so would be considered hand luggage. The case on it's own is about the size of a handbag, so again, yes hand luggage.
