This is a horrible book and do not have a lot of information
This is a horrible book and do not have a lot of information. The whole point can be covered by a 5 page white paper. Do not waste your money.

Fantastic! Clear, Precise, more than just theory for both software engineers and recruiters
I love the screenshots and real-life project examples Shaun utilizes in these series. I am both an auditory and visual person. Just giving me theory without examples and visuals of that theory in works, does not clarify things as quickly or easily.Because I trained recruiters on sourcing these technical software engineers for our global clients, it's great to see a book guide series that let me know I do have a good understanding while it deepened that understanding further. I would recommend this entire series for both the software engineers and recruiters who help them in sourcing and finding them the right contracts/jobs.

Extermely Useful Guide to Inventory Optimization for Practitioners
Shaun Snapp's "Inventory Optimization and Multi-Echelon Planning Software" is an extremely useful book for supply chain executives who want to understand the value that inventory optimization software can bring to their company. While there are a number of academically-oriented books that explain the theory behind inventory optimization, this is the first that provides a practical guide to understanding its value from a business perspective, along with a guide to role a software package plays in delivering the appropriate functionality. Shaun speaks with experience based on extensive work implementing solutions as well as developing a deep understanding of the varied vendor offerings. I highly recommend it as a first step for anyone considering deployment of an inventory optimization project.
