We bought this because it had an extra long connection for the hand held part, which is great for washing our dogs. The powder coat came off when screwing on the shower head to the plumbing, even though I used a towel to help prevent, so make sure when tightening the bolt to the plumbing connection you don’t use a wrench with “teeth” as they are more prone to scrape like what happened on mine. Wish that didn’t happen, but not the end of the world. That’s why I’m giving a 4 stars on value for money. $180 is not a cheap product so expected a bit better quality.

Shower head came in and was easy to install but I was disappointed in the quality. For a 160$ I was expecting something a little more well built. Most of it is made of plastic and the packaging was crap. A cheap box with no protection inside. I opened the box and it's just the shower head with the hose sitting in there.It works fine, gets the job done. I was slightly disappointed when I find out that the detachable head was a clip in and not magnetic

It looks okay but the handheld sort of clicks into place, and not super easily. There is no way one of my kids would put the handheld back properly without messing up the attached portion, especially with daily use. The pieces are also plastic and feel that way. I have seen other Delta In2uition models that look and feel like metal. I guess I will try again...

Overall I am pretty satisfied with this shower head. It’s very stylish and quality - Even it’s plastic but feels like metal. However, $180 for a shower head is really overpriced. The only reason I would like to Spend a lot on it was that I heard lots of horrible stories such as the cheap china shower head falling out after 6 months people bought it... hope my purchase is worth it. Let’s see.

We're on our second shower head of this particular model. The first one started leaking from the central sprayers about a month after we installed it. It was returned and a replacement sent by Amazon. The second one is now leaking in the exact same way. Unfortunately, we are outside of our return window (1 month), so it seems we will have to jump through hoops with the manufacturer to get our money back. We've had Delta faucets in our home since 2015 and honestly, for the price, they are all very poor in quality (plastic parts, leaking, failing within months of use, dripping in between showers, etc.). I expect more from, them, especially when two shower heads fail in the exact same way. My advice would be to buy from a different, reliable brand.

The only thing I was disappointed in is that the hose coming from the shower head to the handheld part is pretty small which impacts the water pressure. I have great water pressure in my house but this hand held and shower head suppress it.

It’s a quality product and easy to install but the price is quite high just for plastic. Perhaps I am missing something, and this thing lasts 10+ years but the initial cost seems 3 times as much as a worthy competitor. I like the style and quality brand name but feel it’s very overpriced.

The wand worked well while it lasted, less than 2 months. The valve on the right side of the shower head that switches the water flow from the wand to the main shower head broke off when twisting. Water was spraying out from where the valve came off and it could not be re-attached. I only had for 2 months and used the valve about 10 times total, when I needed to wash the dog or rinse off the shower walls. Unfortunately will not buy again.
