What's the differenxe between this (ss7619-15) and the ps7224 model? will either plug into a normal household wall outlet?

The PS7224 does not include surge suppression. It only includes overcurrent protection in the form of a circuit breaker. Both have NEMA 5-15 plugs and receptacles that will mate with a standard United States house outlet

The description on here states $15,000 Warranty (assuming for items connected to it). One of the reviews states he contacted Tripp Lite and they stated no warranty. Which is it?

The Tripp Lite SS 7415-15 has a $0 connected equipment warranty. The surge protector itself carries a lifetime warranty. The most similar surge strip to carry a warranty is Tripp Lite's AV1210SATG. It carries a $250,000 Ultimate Lifetime Insurance (USA and Canada only).

how thick is it and how long

The power strip is 48 x 1.5 x 1.5 inches. (1.5 inches thick, and 48 inches long.)This is the measurement of just the power strip, without the power cord. The power cord is a generous 15 ft.Hope this helps! You may also want to visit the product spec page at http://www.tripplite.com/shared/product-pages/en/SS741515.pdf
