Woke up feeling refreshed and energized. Was skeptical at first, but love the original so I gave it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised at how good I felt in the morning! No aches or soar muscles.

Running takes a lot out of me. I feel my body depleted after every run. I came to realize my mineral levels were really low after a test. This product has restored all my mineral deficiencies. I am running with no pain in my legs. This product has restored my running game, putting me back on the map. Love Totum Sport Night!!!I would recommend to any athlete looking to improve their performance.

Salty, but amazing when you feel like you’re dehydrated. Works almost instantly and makes you feel so much better with the electrolytes

Wouldn’t try again

As some other reviews have said it definitely had a rather salty taste to me, kind of like when swimming in the ocean & you lick your lips after having been under the water. I did ok with the 1st packet but had a harder time with the taste when finishing the remaining packets. This being said I actually liked the impact it made on my physical well being. I awoke more energized, I felt like I did indeed sleep better & that in turn helped my body feel so much more rested & I noticed I was less stiff & sore. I am in the fence with this one though because I really like how rested & rejuvenated I felt but the taste is something I struggled with.Overall I would say this is a good product thus far as it does what it says it will do. I will update if things change. I did receive this product for free but that has in no way influenced my review. I depend on honest reviews to buy the best products I can within my budget! Even though I took this a couple times and did notice the benefits, I can't bring myself to drink this stuff. The first time I tried it I thought "this tastes like seawater," and then I read the ingredients and found out that it actually is seawater. I've thought about keeping these in the refrigerator to make it a little less seawatery tasting, but instead I decided that I just couldn't stomach then. I let a friend try one and he seemed to really enjoy it, so it's probably just me. As for the product, I do believe this stuff works. I slept wonderfully when I took it, and I woke up feeling very refreshed, which isn't normal for me.

The product on the box claims "UP TO 78 ELECTROLYTES" which means, well, 78 is the ceiling, although later on it claims to have 78 electrolytes DOESN'T LIST THEM ALL No, it lists 5: Calcium, Magnesium, Chloride, Sodium, and Potassium. Familiar? Are these expensive?But, it says it's in a perfect ratio, so perfect, drink right out of the annoying to open sachet (I guess temp is irrelevant) and not to dilute or have within 15 minutes of eating, 1 hour before bed.Well, I DID THAT. I had no effect at all.Also of note, Is says 71% water, 29% Sea Water. WHAT KIND OF Water? On the box, it does mention, "SPECIFIC SPRING WATER." OK, from where? What are the elements in the spring water? They don't even go and say from what source the water is, or how it's going to be uniform, but instead of dissolved plankton we get "seawater." Well, that's also so plentiful there are desalinization plants all over the world for seawater.My guess is you'll be better served buying some mineral water, perhaps carbonated, in a store and drinking a liter of it then downing all 10 of these satchets, and it'll cost less than 5% what you paid for this.
