Not four Insiginia, just one
It claimed it was Specialist, 4 insignia. But its only one insignia of E-4 grade. Clever play of words to get you to buy the insignia, but $11 for 1 piece is just too much

The actual Specialist logo was far too small. Unwearable in uniform.

I bought this because i thought it came in four pieces, as per the title says (four insignia), but i only received one. Now i realized the four meant E-4 for the military grade. Would not have bought this for its price if i knew it only came with one insignia. Nonetheless, product looks good.
