Nice sofa and great customer service
The sofa is very nice. It’s easy to assemble and looks very sturdy. Will make a great addition to any room. Unfortunately, I received wrong color. The seller resolved the issue immediately. Top notch customer service. I highly recommend the sofa and the seller.

Quick Delivery, Undamaged, and Holds Up.
I received my futon in January and it was easy to assemble. It’s quite comfortable and is still holding up with active use. I love the color and the cup holder pull out. Highly recommend for Studio apartments or guest room spaces.

Pleasantly surprised.
I gave it a 3 star for comfort, but this should not be viewed as a negative, just a reflection of the standard expectations of Futons being soft. It is super easy to set up, and ingenious how the store the center console for safe shipping.The ratchet mechanism that allows it to be turned into a couch needs some break-in, but feels sturdy. I believe this will make a good single overflow sleeper if needed. I’m guessing a two hour movie will be about as longs as you’d want to sit on it in one position.Stitching looks to be sound, and should last. The top is a foam pad, although it does not respond like memory foam.

Nice for an Office
This item is very nice and looks great in my office. I did not give it 5 stars because it sits EXTREMELY low. I had to buy something to raise it up. Other than that, it has been great.
