I had been searching for a good neutral oil. I use a lot of EVOO but never liked it in baking or for sauteeing - it burns in high heat, and sometimes you just don't want the olive flavor. Then I read an article about the benefits of refined olive oil, where the fruit has been removed. I tried it and am absolutely sold. It is a neutral oil, but it has a great texture, and is much healthier than many other oils, even in this refined state. It is my new all purpose oil. It is great for sauteeing, and almost as good as butter in baking (it doesn't brown, if that is what you are going for). And it is great in salad dressings if you don't want an assertive olive taste (raspberry and honey dressing, for example). This is the style of olive oil (different brands, obviously) that we see everyone buying in Italy. EVOO has an important place Italian cuisine, but it is a finishing oil, not used for everything. I am not sure where we got the idea that the ONLY olive oil is EVOO. Try this as the neutral oil in your kitchen - you won't be disappointed.

That’s olive oil taste great and has the best price. It’s versatile and I use it in many different recipes. It smells good and tastes great. I highly recommend this product.

Very good olive oil

Serves its purpose: I use it as a general all-purpose oil. No real fragrance, very light on flavor, which is good for an every day cooking oil... But not so good if looking for olive oil for more specific purposes, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

Bottle size is awesome. It’s large easy to use organic definitely worth the money. Color is nice and the ingredients is healthy.
